Join me in PART 2 of my first safari game drive at the Nairobi National Park in Nairobi, Kenya. One Item ticked off my bucket list...yeah!!
Nairobi, Kenya is the only city in the world with a National Park within close proximity to the city. The wide open grass plains and backdrop of the city scrapers scattered acacia bush play host to a wide variety of wildlife including the endangered black rhino, lions, leopards, cheetahs, hyenas, buffaloes, giraffes, and a diverse birdlife with over 400 species recorded.
On this trip, I was accompanied by Rachel Nelima, Millie Mucanda, and our other friends. It was Millie's birthday and we were extremely lucky to encounter many wild animals in their natural habitat during our visit. Please stand by for part 2 to catch more of the action and adventure!
Please note: the best time to visit is early morning so that you can catch the action when animals are looking for breakfast.
