    Excellent video. Thank you! I followed the video literally step by step. I would add one big caution... Recommend using a face shield or be prepared to potentially be sprayed in the face from fuel when disconnecting the full lines. I ran the car out of fuel just like the video shows but had quite alot of residual pressure. Shot a geyser of fuel straight up into my face and had to flush my eyes. Other than that.. everything went great!

    My ms6 is losing fuel pressure as it sits and won't even start without spraying starter fluid into the intake. The low pressure pump is working just fine. Could this be the fuel pressure relief valve failing or the internationals of the HPFP?

      Anything above 10 or -10 is running super lean/rich. At WOT you should be at 0 LTFT. However, most turners like Freektune, and PurpleDrank will work on your LTFT. When I first started my tune, my car was roughly 12 LTFT, but after a few map revisions with Freektune, my car sits at roughly -3, and at WOT it's 0.

    so what I'm REALLY asking is " are my internals upgraded?" quicker rundown: ap rmm sf
    currently set at stage 1+ 93 (run 94)
    WOT max set at roughly 1724psi
    fuel range at fill up 585km "roughly"
    Setup for stage 2 93
    no DP
    WOT max out at 1830 "roughly"
    fuel range at fill up anywhere between 613km to 687km range. I have had higher fuel range up to 737km range before.
    Does this mean it's upgraded and is it safe to run it at Stage 2 93 without a DP or even an FMIC?

    • @mjl6425
      @mjl6425 6 ปีที่แล้ว

    how do I know if I have fuel pump upgrade? I'm set on stage 1+. I have the sf and rmm and the ap. Wot psi is sitting between 1680 and 1730 ROUGHLY but sets at 1724psi on the readout for its "max". I checked I don't have the dp YET. I just so happened to set it to stage 2 93(I run 94). My WOT sits well over 1800 psi max on the readout. what I'm asking really is are the internals upgraded? is it safe to run the stage 2 setting without having the dp? I find my range for fuel comes out to being higher to, when I set it at stage 2. for example I get 613km range sometimes close to 700km range when I do a fill up. But when I have it on stage 1+ for 93 fuel I get 585km range

      @Miguel Brito bueno. No tuve respuesta en este caso. Nadie da información pero parece ser que la pieza no se consigue a menos que compres toda la bomba. En la agencia 12000 pesos y sobre pedido. En Ebay sale como en 3800. Yo conseguí una en un desguace de Guadalajara. Un amigo la reviso, compro y envío para mí. Solo desenroscando la parte del conector con una perica Y coloque el conector de la bomba que conseguí y asunto resuelto. A menos con la fuga. Ahora bien. Mi problema creo reside en el sensor del riel de inyectores. Ya revise la bomba del tanque, reemplace el sedazo que estaba muy sucio, limpie el cuerpo de aceleración Y no queda otra más que el sensor de ponga en corto al calentarse. Arrancó y jala bien mientras voy a alta velocidad. En cuanto me detengo en un tráfico o semáforo comienza a cascabelear y a veces se apaga y vuelvo a carretera y jala muy bien la camioneta. Ahora estoy buscando videos de como quitar el múltiple de admisión de aire para poder acceder al riel de inyectores. Por qué es un problema. Sigue el código P0192 activo que me remite al sensor del riel.

The grooves are different sizes, I'm trying to find out why and what o-rings to use. When I pulled my o-rings out there was actually two in the bottom groove. I installed these (www.mcmaster.com/#1200n156/=14k9f5x ) but the lower groove seems too big for these rings, the top groove fit's perfectly.

      You can do this without the AP. It's purely a "supporting" mod. Allows the vehicle to reliably push through higher pressures.

    • @Sarm-mx6qy
      @Sarm-mx6qy 6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      BeniGoPro The Access Port allows you to monitor the fuel pressure to make sure proper pressure is maintained. AP is definitely not required ,... BUT ,... It is highly recommended that you monitor the fuel pressure after the install and during the 100 mile brake in period. That's were the AP comes in handy.
      If you don't have an AP you can get a hold of a Wi-Fi or Bluetooth OBD2 adapter and use an app on your smart phone to monitor fuel pressure. I use the Torque app on my android. It all works great.
