I found this yesterday and started today it was definitely a work out and i will be doing this every day until i reach my goal weight. If definitely sweating and its making me feel good. I changed my diet and im doing intermittent fasting and now i found this. Im ready to drop at least 60pounds . wish me luck everyone
@@Sabrinadevenish1999 I saw results after doing it (amongst other exercise, cardi, weights, kb’s) for about 6 weeks. I credit this workout for the back fat loss though. It’s the hardest fat shift once you hit middle age, none of the other workouts I do have given me the results like I feel this one has.

I love this new format of your videos where you show both the countdown and a little preview of the move that's coming up. Most workout videos don't have the preview and as soon as I get the move down, they're on to the next. It's super convenient and a nice little touch that makes you stand you from others. Please do more challenges!!

Afrifitness I will get some for sure! I substituted with 2lb weights for most of the moves. Even when I use weight machines for back muscles I don’t feel it there unless I push a bit and feel sore afterwards. Same with my glutes they never get tired or sore. I guess I’m an odd one lol!

Don't have resistance bands and I'm sure if I did I'd feel it more. I certainly sweat a great deal though. I have other workouts you've done that I prefer a bit more, but I can say I walked away with some sore arms after this one. I didn't feel it as much in my love handle area but I felt it in my upper back and my arms for sure for sure. I love your variety of workouts. I am excited to work out with you everyday.
Just started working out again and this workout was awesome... the first 2 min I struggled a bit but kept going. Thank you for your smile it’s helpful to see you smile while I am struggling to do the workout, it keeps me going
This was a fun workout and the time goes by superfast cause we are jamming. I mix your dance workouts on alternate days with my HIIT or Tabata as they are a great active recovery and keeps challenging my endurance. I love love love your clips on the bottom that shows the next move. This is really helpful for the first time trying it. Great job. No critiques from me.

I really enjoyed this workout! It's one of my favourites so far. I've been struggling with a tight upper torso but since doing your exercises, it has become better and I am getting my range of movement back.Thank you.

This is the first video I tried and the movement felt so fun and nice. Heart-rate raised, endorphins released, not too strenuous... I am easing back into working out and want to make sure I don't skip developing my core muscles like I have every other time. Love it!

loved the workout! i did incorporate my weighted hula hoop during parts of the workout when i felt myself getting bored. and then jumped back into the dance when i was tired of the hula hoop. i love the shoulders and back !! i definitely need more back workouts.
I'm really enjoying all the workout. I know I'm getting really good workout in AND having fun! I will say because I'm not familiar with the dance moves at all it's a lil difficult to follow along at times. It would be awesome if there were a tutorial for the dance move themselves are the names of the dance moves were listed so that I can look them up. But I still enjoying it sweating more than I've ever sweated....LOVE IT!
