I am a cancer survivor and we have family history in my mothers side..aside from that I remember before I got this disease I always eating processed foods..because i am in college that time I usually eat instant foods and easy to cook foods like tuyo,hotdog,maling,meat loaf,burger,instant noodles, can foods, soft drinks,tocino,longganisa. All of this I am regularly eating when I was in college..1 month before my graduation It was detected that I have nasopharyngeal carcinoma. My neck is swelling I thought it was just a simple "mumps" or "beke"..and I notice ang bilis lumaki ng beke or mumps...hindi pala sya beke or mumps...when the nurse told me I will survive if I will change my lifestyle and eating habit she told me to eat natural foods like fresh vegetables,fish,moderate of meat,and fruits(not too much like what that doctor tell in this video). I survive I was 26 that time and now I am 39..Most of all I survived because I ask God to extend my life to do my mission. I am a member of UNIFICATION CHURCH and still doing my mission until now. Just take care of ourselves and God will do the rest. Thank you.

Sa totoo lang nasa Japan po ako nakatira for over 18yrs na. Ang mga Japon known for having a longest life expectancy . Pero kumakain po sila ng rice 3 times a day or pasta, bread, sweets etc. Even yun mga 90 years old and above. Culture nila ang mag i ehersisyo araw araw. And balanced diet. I observed na ang lahat ng bagay o pagkain ay just in moderation lang talaga. We must : Live, Love, Laugh - the secrets to longest life.🙏🏻♥️
Too much of everything is bad. lahat naman tayo mamamatay according to the Bible, "'As it is appointed unto men once to die" So kung anu binigay ng Panginoon, pasalamatan, kainin, pero wag sobra sobra, at the Bible teaches us to do Fasting. Fasting is very helpful to clean our body. Basta wag lang kumain ng mga processed food, kainin lahat, kanin, ulam, prutas, gulay, basta sakto lang, then practice Fasting din. Lahat tayo mamamatay, God is the one who control our lives, ang sakit o anuman instrument lang yan para ma fullfill yung appointed time natin. Ang dapat pag handaan ang kaluluwa, kasi dalawa lang po ang lugar na pwede puntahan. Have a personal relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ.

All in moderation. Fruits have amazing benefits esp the berries which are very low in sugar content and high in fiber. I think we should not generalized. We need some sort of carbs. have you tried eating salads everyday?? For active individuals especially those who work out a lot, we need some sort of starch like sweet potatoes, beets are starchy too but are considered superfoods. Sweet potatoes are very healthy foods. idk anymore. if i would take all the things that we cannot eat, what else is left? Potatoes are high in potassium just don't fry them and eat them in moderation. Frying is also carcinogenic even if you use olive oil.

I think when you eat these food everyday or all the time you will definitely get sick. But if it's once in a while or controled, it won't harm. As long as you have a balance diet everyday, with less cholesterol, carbo and sweets. Eat in moderation is also a key. There is a saying that everything that is too much is bad. I believe that, even in food. I had food anxiety when I got operated in my appendix and have gallstones. My weight dropped bec I didn't want to eat. I was afraid to take anything bec I researched on the food that I can't eat. I got afraid. Now I'm just mindful of what I eat. I eat more greens and drink 8 glasses of room temp water.

Yes I agree with your point of view, but she forgot to mention that eating any food - meat for that matter- with sodium nitrate and sodium nitrite ( salitre in Pilipino ) is carcinogenic; foods like bacon, hot dogs, corndog, ham , tocino, longganisa etc. and canned goods like spam, corn beef etc. It’s ok to eat once a month or once a week provided you eat vitamin C fruits and vegetables to neutralize the bad effect of sodium nitrate in the body . Did I hear her say beef fat is good for us too? That is “sebo”!

Hi Dra. Thank you for making this video, I recently had Total Thyroidectomy, one side of the thyroid is malignant. I can say that my diet prior to the operation is mostly composed of the foods that you've mentioned in the video and has greatly affected the growth of the cancer as I felt that the cancer cells are feeding on it. Thank you for also providing alternative sources. If I need to have my "sweer fix", what's the best food alternative for it? If it's fruits, what's the best fruit to consume?
Everything is in moderation and balance. Variation of food. Processed is bad. Chocolates should be just a treat sodas and milk teas. Vegetables and fish and meat on weekends.👍

No matter how healthy you eat, you will still get cancer or other diseases because of stress. Stress is a significant factor in our lives. You don’t have to be strict with your food. Just enjoy and don’t stress, and you will live a happy long life.
@@rudabiag8407 I know two people who are strict with their food, and they died in their 60s and 50s because they were stressed. A stressed mind creates cancer or other diseases. Living healthy is having a positive mind, body, and soul.
i will still stand for what I've said,eat healthy,occasionally eat comfort foods its fine cause we are human,BUT what body needs are REAL FOOD. stress is every where /anywhere (this is earth) it's up to the person how to deal with it. that 2 person your saying handle there diet improper and people around them blame it with eating healthy food.

Cancer is actually a metabolic disease, it's soooo easy to fight it, especially when you know what starves it but it will still boil to someone's positivity, optimism and belief that will heal! Out of all cancer patients who experienced spontaneous remission, they've done hundreds of things, but there 9 things, 9 the same things they did, and imagine out 9 only 2 things are about “outside” things, which is one changing the diet and two taking herbal supplements, the other 7 is about someone's mindset, someone's beliefs, someone's emotional or mental strength. Mga magsasaka rice at corn at mga rootcrop ang laging kinakain, peru karamihan ay namamatay sa katandaan. Dahil hindi sila kumakain ng preserve, process, frozen food. Kya kung ung corn, rice, rootcrop ay nakakanser din, di lahat ng tao my canser! Para sa akin basta tamang dami ang kainin kada kain, kasi lahat ng palaging sobta my masamamng epekto.
Eat more green, beans, purple camote, and more fish for omega 3 the good fat. Superfoods avocado, malunggay, and many more. I avoid processed food, salt, sugar, soda, no red meat, and pork. Use olive oil only. Peanut is a good snack than street food. Eat an egg for a complete breakfast. No white rice or bread, eat camote instead. I like chicken tinula with lot of malungay.

I agree with all you said EXCEPT fruits and fructose. I tell you why. Fruits contains NATURAL sugar, NEVER added and occurs in NATURE. Fructose is only harmful in large amounts and it's very difficult to get excessive amounts of fructose from fruits. There is not enough fructose in fruits to cause concern. The sugar in fruits is SAFE TO EAT. Unless, a person will only eat fruits for breakfast, lunch and dinner BUT who the heck will do that? That's okay, check if there are added other ingredients. Take sweeteners only in moderation, paminsan minsan lang because it will also trigger sugar cravings.

I am a cancer survivor and we have family history in my mothers side..aside from that I remember before I got this disease I always eating processed foods..because i am in college that time I usually eat instant foods and easy to cook foods like tuyo,hotdog,maling,meat loaf,burger,instant noodles, can foods, soft drinks,tocino,longganisa. All of this I am regularly eating when I was in college..1 month before my graduation It was detected that I have nasopharyngeal carcinoma. My neck is swelling I thought it was just a simple "mumps" or "beke"..and I notice ang bilis lumaki ng beke or mumps...hindi pala sya beke or mumps...when the nurse told me I will survive if I will change my lifestyle and eating habit she told me to eat natural foods like fresh vegetables,fish,moderate of meat,and fruits(not too much like what that doctor tell in this video). I survive I was 26 that time and now I am 39..Most of all I survived because I ask God to extend my life to do my mission. I am a member of UNIFICATION CHURCH and still doing my mission until now. Just take care of ourselves and God will do the rest. Thank you.

Sa totoo lang nasa Japan po ako nakatira for over 18yrs na. Ang mga Japon known for having a longest life expectancy . Pero kumakain po sila ng rice 3 times a day or pasta, bread, sweets etc. Even yun mga 90 years old and above. Culture nila ang mag i ehersisyo araw araw. And balanced diet. I observed na ang lahat ng bagay o pagkain ay just in moderation lang talaga.

Fasting is very helpful to clean our body. Basta wag lang kumain ng mga processed food, kainin lahat, kanin, ulam, prutas, gulay, basta sakto lang, then practice Fasting din. Lahat tayo mamamatay, God is the one who control our lives, ang sakit o anuman instrument lang yan para ma fullfill yung appointed time natin. Ang dapat pag handaan ang kaluluwa, kasi dalawa lang po ang lugar na pwede puntahan. Have a personal relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ.

All in moderation. Fruits have amazing benefits esp the berries which are very low in sugar content and high in fiber. I think we should not generalized. We need some sort of carbs. have you tried eating salads everyday?? For active individuals especially those who work out a lot, we need some sort of starch like sweet potatoes, beets are starchy too but are considered superfoods. Sweet potatoes are very healthy foods. idk anymore. if i would take all the things that we cannot eat, what else is left? Potatoes are high in potassium just don't fry them and eat them in moderation. Frying is also carcinogenic even if you use olive oil.

D maiiwasan may mga tao magrereact agad na hindi muna magresearch,pero kung ganyan ang mindset nila,d nila maranasan ang natural healing sa katawan at laging nakarely sa mga synthetic drugs which is poison sa katawan in the long run. I think when you eat these food everyday or all the time you will definitely get sick. But if it's once in a while or controled, it won't harm. As long as you have a balance diet everyday, with less cholesterol, carbo and sweets. Eat in moderation is also a key. There is a saying that everything that is too much is bad. I believe that, even in food. I had food anxiety when I got operated in my appendix and have gallstones. My weight dropped bec I didn't want to eat. I was afraid to take anything bec I researched on the food that I can't eat. I got afraid. Now I'm just mindful of what I eat. I eat more greens and drink 8 glasses of room temp water.

Yes I agree with your point of view, but she forgot to mention that eating any food - meat for that matter- with sodium nitrate and sodium nitrite ( salitre in Pilipino ) is carcinogenic; foods like bacon, hot dogs, corndog, ham , tocino, longganisa etc. and canned goods like spam, corn beef etc. It’s ok to eat once a month or once a week provided you eat vitamin C fruits and vegetables to neutralize the bad effect of sodium nitrate in the body . Did I hear her say beef fat is good for us too? That is “sebo”!

Hard to resist the bread but whenever I am cravings of, I make baked my own bread made from coconut flour, coconut oil, 2g stevia, baking powder, Himalayan salt, C-Lium fiber, Chia seeds and xanthan gum.

1. Sugar including honey, mascovado, sweeteners, glucose
2. Grains incl. bread, rootcrops and pasta noodles, starchy foods
3. Processed foods like hotdogs
4. Seed or Vegetable Oils like canola, sunflower
5. Fruits and fructose
REPLACE with:
1. Salt
2. Almond or Coconut Flour
3. Red meat, chicken, vegetables, seafoods, 100 gms liver
4. Coconut oil, butter, lard
5. Non-starchy vegetables
Avoid banana and mango - high in fructose.
Too much medications bad for liver.

Hi Dra. Thank you for making this video, I recently had Total Thyroidectomy, one side of the thyroid is malignant. I can say that my diet prior to the operation is mostly composed of the foods that you've mentioned in the video and has greatly affected the growth of the cancer as I felt that the cancer cells are feeding on it. Thank you for also providing alternative sources.

I always have my whole wheat bread toasted to break the bonds of the long chain sugar molecules . I also use low fat milk for my long grain oatmeals .

Out of all cancer patients who experienced spontaneous remission, they've done hundreds of things, but there 9 things, 9 the same things they did, and imagine out 9 only 2 things are about “outside” things, which is one changing the diet and two taking herbal supplements, the other 7 is about someone's mindset, someone's beliefs, someone's emotional or mental strength.

Mga magsasaka rice at corn at mga rootcrop ang laging kinakain, peru karamihan ay namamatay sa katandaan. Dahil hindi sila kumakain ng preserve, process, frozen food. Kya kung ung corn, rice, rootcrop ay nakakanser din, di lahat ng tao my canser! Para sa akin basta tamang dami ang kainin kada kain, kasi lahat ng palaging sobta my masamamng epekto.

Eat more green, beans, purple camote, and more fish for omega 3 the good fat. Superfoods avocado, malunggay, and many more. I avoid processed food, salt, sugar, soda, no red meat, and pork. Use olive oil only. Peanut is a good snack than street food. Eat an egg for a complete breakfast. No white rice or bread, eat camote instead. I like chicken tinula with lot of malungay.
Okay, if that works for you. In low-carb nutrition, beef and pork are essential for us :)

I agree with all you said EXCEPT fruits and fructose. I tell you why.
Fruits contains NATURAL sugar, NEVER added and occurs in NATURE.
Fructose is only harmful in large amounts and it's very difficult to get excessive amounts of fructose from fruits. There is not enough fructose in fruits to cause concern. The sugar in fruits is SAFE TO EAT.
Unless, a person will only eat fruits for breakfast, lunch and dinner BUT who the heck will do that? Please please don't misinformed your viewers

1. Sugar: honey, sugar, candies
2. Grains and root crops : starchy foods, bread, pasta, rice. Potatoes, onions, carrots, radishes
3. Processed meats: hotdogs, chicken nuggets, sausage, tocino, chorizo etc
4. Seed oils: grape flower, sunflower oil,

I am a 315lb female and I neeed to gain control of my health. I will quit sugar and starch tomorrow. I will quit vaping too because I vape like a chimney. I have tachycardia and high white blood cell for many years. It is due to my inflammation.

That's okay, check if there are added other ingredients. Take sweeteners only in moderation, paminsan minsan lang because it will also trigger sugar cravings.

Exercise have a balance diet true processed foods, yong mga mamantika, matatamis noodles, eat more vegetables and fruits pero may prutas din na dapat na hindi kainin lalo na kapag may diabetes like Grapes , Manggo,sweet banana, pineapple , chico, saka tsetseria.basta disiplinahin lang natin ang ating katawan.
