very good video. a suggestion.to improve the fermentation,please keep some water in which the raggi is soaked aside,then when the boiled raggi cools down,add the same water to it in the pot,this will help good bacteria better...............

Just add buttermilk, small onions and raw mango pieces. Also add fried butter milk chilly to this mix. Have it as savoury. Drink. It tastes much better

After 6 to 8 hours of fermentation, you can store it in the fridge for 2 days. Same process like making curd.
Tried this recipe and it's taste good with coconut/almond milk. As we cannot add salt so better if consumed adding jaggery

Ragi wont get blended into a smooth paste without the rice. You can try blending ragi with a few pods of cardamon.
