    I really adore your TH-cam videos, being a Hypochondriac and suffering with Derealization wasn't exactly easy. Being a young kid, i never really understood these symptoms and struggled for months, just to find the cause. Being a Hypochondriac, introduced a lot of scary causes, including cancer,diseases and other unpleasant heath issues. Until i saw your video on Derealization, i felt a ton better and almost cried of tears of joy. Actually... i did and i have been a subscriber sense.

    Best advice video for anxiety on the internet! I’ve been suffering with horrible health anxiety for 13 years... you’ve made me feel so much better today as I was having a shocker. Just threw my tobacco down the toilet and going enter my next chapter to recovery. Keep up the great work man

    This has really helped a lot. I still haven't been actively planning a strategy for each day, as to how to conquer my anxiety and depression, but this video has cemented just how crucial I should get down to it and make things happen, and that is to have control and be in control. Thank you and I'm glad that things have worked wonderfully for you. Have a happy new year to you and to your family and hope to see new videos from you in the future. Cheers!

    I just wanted to say thanks for uploading all your videos. They're very helpful. To me the ones that work best are the cognitive tips you give, for example the Tony Robins color in the room exercise. If I focus on anxiety that'll be the only thing I see. Thanks for sharing your knowledge ~ Rob

    I had anxieties for 6 mths already, one of the way I'm coping with it is telling myself that worries only sap my energy, I am given a limited amt of time and energy every day

    Hi, thanks for the video. Very encouraging.
    I have a question: I agree with you that ´no action, no change´. But my question is: since most of the ´actions´ require going outside - like getting a job - what is your advice to the people who are afraid of taking a bus, finding a job, etc and having panic attacks there?
    Peace

    Can you make a video where you explain what were the specific things you did about anxiety? What are those steps? Can you give example of that plan? :)

    i think your videos are awesome and i get everything you said. It is very helpful to me. Thank you :0 There is just one thing--- I have a hard time to drive on the freeway. i used to be good but ever my anxieties took over this seems to be my biggest problem.I feel that i am not in control as soon as i hit the 50mph. So the next exit is miles away. What can I do about this.

    Hi Diggler , Thanks for the video ! I just wanted to ask you that I had anxiety disorder 3 weeks ago , and just started to ignore it and live my life as normal since then.. and I got better and don't have bad symptoms like feeling dizzy, chest pain, and heart beating fast.. but now the thing that bothers me is that my ears are kindda still sensitive to sounds and my head is still a little heavy.. I don't know know how am i gonna get rid of them ? should i just give it time ?

    • @JonnyQ408
      @JonnyQ408 8 ปีที่แล้ว

      I get that sensitively too noise as well, like people talking loud, etc it actually triggers, and the heavy head feeling, do you get tension headaches aka stress headaches? it starts from the back of the head. Try using icy hot around the neck, and back or better yet magnesium lotion and apply it all over the neck, and back.
