Does an existing loft with the original joists need a full conversion?
What’s the price point on this one ?
Having the insulation already there.Guessing it’s less pricey than normal
Can you help me. I have a persimmon home, and I want to convert the loft into a bedroom as it's massive up there. Persimmon says it's not to be used as storage, ect, which must be bollox. I've also spoken to multiple structural engineers, and no one wants to touch it as its timber frame. What can I do?

The head height looks quite low on this one in comparison to previous builds?
It was to start with but more than practical once finished
