The Roof Windows are the only way to go in that application. Drives me crazy when people choose fixed glass skylights. Great job!!

Absolutely stunning … can I ask the length of building and room width ? Mine is starting in 3 weeks and overall length is 10m and room width 4.3

What is the floor area of this conversion
Can I please ask what is the dimension of the conversion? I have a 9m x 8m loft with a 3.4m headroom. Considering a loft conversion or a Dorma. The use will be 1x bedroom with ensuite and a cinema room.
This is similar size. With 3.4m head hight
Could get away with no dormer I would suspect

Skipped through vid, looking at the quality of fixtures, size of loft plus English builders you're looking at 80K (plus or minus 10K) :)
