@@YaketyYak-sp4wc I have no idea epa/dha. I see fish oil, I buy. Even the Gummy kind works. Or just eat a little fish every day or so. After 3 or 4 weeks I started noticing black roots coming in.
I remember one summer I was taking cod liver oil .. after 3 months of taking this I realized my hair was much thicker.. even in the front. After that time I couldn't find cod liver oil anymore.. my hair has gotten much thinner.. now I found fish oil supplements and I'm starting to take them.. hoping my hair will return to thickness

Oh my god, i haven't eaten fish for 10 years that why i lost much of my hair, i tried to find solutions but sadly much of them baited me to buy some drugs, fake solution 😒 anything else i could do to get my hair back doctor?
Rosemary oil, onion or garlic juice in your shampoo. Daily castor oil (though it's sticky).

@@ricardomorales8969 Omega 3 rich foods are great for hair actually so take supplements or food, a lot of people are insufficient from Omega 3

He says you can but expect fishy odor on your hair
A reason to use it topically is for promotion of circulation on the scalp which translates to good hair growth and restorative also. I find cod liver oil has a minty smell. It does smell more fishy as it is exposed to warmth and light so I keep mine in a colored container in the fridge. No problems.
