    I remember one summer I was taking cod liver oil .. after 3 months of taking this I realized my hair was much thicker.. even in the front.       I also had the same problems it drove me crazy. Sleep hygiene is important. Check your stress levels during the day. Magnesium, cbd oil and melatonin. Try the AIP diet.

    I found this really helpful! My doctor didn't tell anything about the diet tips and just told me "there are no restrictions", well I know he meant it like "you can eat basically everything, but within reasonable limits". But I don't quite understand which limits he was talking about. At least, I should know about what to watch out for and which kind of foods that is good to neutralize. I then learned it the hard way when I eat soy products and within several minutes my heart rate increased, mood swings, and other symptoms. This really helps, thank you.

      Sodas, sugary drinks, caffeine, tea (unless green or herbal) any thing that's not natural or processed don't drink. Even water has iodine in it. Watch out what bottled water you look for.

    Thank you for your great advice! I had quite severe adrenal fatigue symptoms starting 8 years ago, with daytime fatigue, salt cravings, brain fog, jitteriness, nervousness, "tired and wired," inability to concentrate, short term memory problems, hypoglycemia, heart palpitations, sleep issues, feeling overwhelmed, noise sensitivity and great need for rest. With very low sugar, mostly organic vegan diet but occasional eggs and fish, and with supplements (DHEA, probiotic, enzymes, magnesium, zinc, B12, iron, calcium, tyrosine, choline, ashwagandha, rhodiola, progesterone), and exercise, my symptoms have improved a lot over the years.

      Here’s a quick delishes recipe- one teaspoon in a tall glass of water with a 1/4 teaspoon of salt and a tablespoon of spoon apple cider vinegar and one half of a lime. Mix well and enjoy with some ice nice and refreshing

      Someone said to have a glass of orange juice and a teaspoon of this plus a pinch of Himalayan salt. This supposedly helps with cortisol
