    5) Vitamin A (dont have too much it's dangerous & it can lead to hair loss)

While iron and zinc help with hair's shine and luster, magnesium plays an important role in promoting follicle hair growth, which results in healthy hair growth. Most experts agree that magnesium is nature's anti-stress mineral, which is a major component in hair loss.

Rinse your hair and scalp with cold water as the last step. It stimulates blood flow, closes the hair cuticles and locks moisture. It also adds shine to your hair.

@@magdayamin2955 she actually made a video talking about her cosmetic procedures and stated that she has not had botox recently nor has she ever had fillers. ! I understand people do not disclose when they have cosmetic procedures (not that they have to) so we tend to jump to this conclusion when someone looks good, but it's also possible to look good just by taking care of yourself. there's really no need to make assumptions, especially when the individual has been candid about their procedures.

@@magdayamin2955 I mean, it's true, people do lie. Still, I find her claims credible based on the movement of her facial muscles and her general track record for honesty and transparency. Even in THIS video, she still has normal creases that we would expect to see when you move your face or make certain expressions. However, I'm not really interested in trying to prove her own claims to you. I just wanted to say that I have had terrible hair shedding from Wellbutrin. I was switched from SR to XL and within a few days had massive hair falling out, it was almost like chemo hair loss. I stopped the Wellbutrin when I figured it out. I was only on the Wellbutrin XL for less than a month and lost 50% of my hair. Now it’s been almost six weeks since I stopped it and my hair has finally stopped shedding. I was adding vitamin after vitamin thinking that was it, but it was the Wellbutrin. So guys, just check the medications you’re on because one of them might be the cause, and don’t just stop a medication, make sure you consult your doctor.

Dr. Dray, I try to keep a balanced, but there are those busy days. For those busy days is there a multi vitamin you might recommend that includes the vitamin and minerals you mention for hair growth/strength? I heard people take pre natal vitamins for hair growth even though they're not pregnant. Thoughts?

If you ever see this comment I wish you can make a video commenting on AIP for hair growth where they consider hair loss as a type of autoimmune disease. Every suggestion you make here like nuts etc consistents of a nightshade while AIP expects you to stop them altogether
Would love to hear you on this topic

Can you talk about using Castile soap on hair? I tried to use a vegan soap bar that had Castile soap in it and it pretty much ruined my hair. As I looked down I saw so much hair dye and my hair feels like straw. How can I repair my hair from this damage? I hear that it’s because Castile soap is an alkaline product and so it can strip the oils on natural hair. I would love to hear your take and advice to restore my hair.

I am now a senior and have hair loss due to my hermone changes, then I started using leflunomide for my arthritis. Well I started losing lots of hair because that’s one of the side effects. I finally stopped using it. I see a dermatologist for my hair loss. The Doctor recommend Rogaine. Well I started using the Rogaine for about a month or so. I started experiencing bad headaches and stopped using that. It was a pain in the but having to put it on my head every night plus it made my hair look dull and feel dirty. Now my doctor recommended using a prescribed hair shampoo that slows down the testosterone. I haven started using it yet but will be picking up my prescription.
