I like that I can "fry" something on a whim! 2 bananas
1/2 cup AP flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
1/8 tsp cardamom powder (optional)
1/8 tsp salt
2 tbsp butter, roof temperature
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 large egg
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tbsp plain yoghurt
10-13 dates, chopped
1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Thank you for this mini loaf version for the air fryer. I am doubling the recipe and making two individual loafs. I add mini white chocolate chips instead of the dates. Great desert to make in the air fryer and not heat up the whole kitchen in the summer months.
