    This is something that has been bothering me. My mouth always looks turned down, and I am a happy person so it gives people the wrong message. I have been doing this exercise for 6 days and it seems to be working already. I am thrilled! Thanks for all your work bring these techniques to all of us.

    I'm doing your exercises since a few weeks (late March). After I discovered (I'm sort of imaptient and fast forward to the exercises) that I have to do the exercises until the muscles burn and then freeze for 20 seconds I experienced dramatic!! results. AFTER 3 DAYS I saw the front of my neck changing!!! I think that's because this body part is the "most recently sagged" area. So to speak. Today I noticed, that the sides of my neck looked totally different!!! No tiny wrinkles when bending the neck to the side. At least not when I'm standing upright ;-) But changes do show after a short time! Thank you for sharing what you learned. I was looking for facial muscle training for ages!! (Berlin, Germany, 56 years old - or not so old)

    Hj Peta I think you are god sending! Found you by coincidence,I felt so depressed when my younger sister told how my skin was getting bad,I came across you while surfing on internet.I watch some of your of videos and started doing the exercises and people have seen an improvement without me telling anything.I am quite happy,I look younger has a little lift on the face thanks to u.I find u a very sweet and nice person.

    THAT EXERCISE REALLY DID SOMETHING. I FELT IT!!! I'VE BEEN DOING FACE EXERCISES FOR ONLY A FEW DAYS AND I CANT BELIEVE WHAT A CHANGE IT'S MADE I
    I'S LIKE MY FACE HAS BEEN IRONED. AND LIFTED. I CANT SAY IT HAS MADE ME LOOK YOUNGER(DARN IT) BUT THE OTHER STUFF IS OUTSTANDING..

Make sure you learn the exercises thoroughly first, they are listed in a pop up in the top right hand corner of the video towards the beginning that says - exercise notes. I hope that helps

    Pauline Lang.. Just started doing to lip exercises top and bottom only have done them for 5 days and can see a difference already. I am gradually adding the other exercises as well. I am thrilled! Thank you

      Pauline, you need to incorporate these exercises into a full face routine. If you continue just doing spot exercising in that area you will get more wrinkles and drooping over time. you need to stop doing it in the way you are. Please go to my coaching videos in the playlists to see how to practice the programme correctly. also you need to subscribe to the channel if you are serious about the exercises as you are already not performing them correctly!!!! You will get updates and free coaching when you do

    Great exercise! Downwards hanging corners of the mouth are giving an old and sad appearance. Who wants that, so I immediately started to do the exercise. Thanks a lot for all your videos, it's always a pleasure to see you, beautiful Peta.

    Im male approaching 40 and ive always looked young for my age, but of late ive seen a dramatic difference with ageing, ive and doing on and off facial exercises from various sources i can say that you are the BEST with a dramatic quick tunrover im seeing dramatic differences in my face, you look absolutely stunning blessing to you and the gift you are giving people thankyou!

      The Daydreamer I feel the same way. Always been seen as much much younger, but suddenly I'm seeing aging and sagging. ( it's been a rough year for me) . I hope these exercises do help.

    Hi. I just found you and I think you are terrific!!! Your exercises feel so wonderful. I can feel my facial muscles really working. I have just started. Hope I can be disciplined enough to do this consistently. If anyone has the link to the complete group of exercises I would be very greatful. I could get addicted if I just go one video at a time. They are all so good.

      sometimes people have issues with their eyes, neck and skin etc. Facial exercises need to be done on a relatively healthy skin, with no other known issues. If you have TMJ for instance, the exercises could make it worse.

    Hi Peta, Found you after researching Voluma injections possible side effects. One just never knows. So I googled natural ways to restore areas of an aging face. I'm a senior gal and I hope your instructions work for me. I work out and my body is toned, but the face is what doesn't match my body. I'm pretty self motivated, so I'm going to start at your beginning classes and see what happens. You look great. Blessings in all you do.

    I have just subscribed today with your channel and have done some of the exercises. I can really feel the muscles under the skin working. That is AWESOME! I was doing the exercise for the jaw line and down the neck at first I didn't feel anything like I did on the other exercises but when I stopped WOW! I could feel the muscles that were used. This is going to definitely be part of my daily routine I am even going to get my Husband to try it. Thank you SOOO much for putting this online I am 47 years old and I have a deep wrinkle in between my eye brows that has been there for years I don't even know when it developed but I am excited to see if these exercises can help get rid of it.     cant wait for the video with all of the exercises! But I still love the new ones and variety since some I can really feel and some I cant quite yet. The variety helps find one that I can feel I am doing properly

    Great video PETA! Never saw this one , I will incorporate it into my face exercise routine, I really think that corner of the mouth is something that make us looks older, so let's keep this corners up ladies, when I practice I feel the upper cheeks is that correct, and having some trouble lifting the upper lips but keep practicing, thanks and bless

      Hi peta im 65 , my face& body have lost all elasticity is it worth me doing these .I find the exercises painful could I be doing I them wrong & most of the time I can’t do even 50. Hurts inside of my mouth my muscles hurt after a few . I’m so depressed about my appearance. What else can I do . PETA you look fantastic I’m so impressed with how these excercise work. Even though I’m not doing correctly I can see I look brighter. But no lift of cause but I will still try my best.Thank you . Xx

    Hi, What you do is a gift to the world! Thank you so much! Can you suggest any more of your exercises for turning up the corners of the mouth? I'm on Series 3 level 1 and getting great results except for the corners of the mouth and lines from the corners of my mouth going down to my chin area. Thank you!

    Hi PETA,
    Kudos for making such a great educational video about how to solve a concern that I've had over the years. I have been stressing over on drooping mouth corners and I find your video so helpful in solving the problem. However, may I ask a little bit of more detail on lifting the lip upwards? I find it very hard finding the right muscle to move the upper lip.. Thanks!

      Hi Sang, you need to try to connect with the muscles if you find you cant move them. It is not natural to move the muscles as we do in exercise so we have to work at it and get used to it. here is the Facerobics Program and how to follow it properly - renewme.com.au/where-to-start-and-how-to-use-the-facerobics-face-exercise-program-for-your-face-exercise-success/. With this program you must be doing a full face routine, if you don’t, you run the risk of causing more sagging and wrinkling of the skin. This is because the program is a very strong exercise program. Everything, along with the Exercise Along With Me videos are in the playlists on this channel. Make sure to work thru the series as instructed starting from Series 1 to Series 6. When you get to Series 6 (if there is not a new series) start at Series 1 again and move thru the program again. All of the explanation videos are in the information bar at the top right hand corner of the video, the little circle, just click on it, or in the playlists on the channel. Also if you haven’t already remember to subscribe and hit the notification bell also, as the program is forever evolving and you could miss out on updates. I would encourage you to go to the playlists and watch the beginner videos, and techniques before you start.

    Hi Peta, my problem is saggy folds from mouth corners almost to jaw level. Very ageing! I am doing mouth corner exercise and full exercise routine, was this quite a stubborn area for you or did you start to get results fairly quickly. Is there an additional exercise which focuses on this or am I doing the right thing with this one. I would be very grateful for your help. Thank you so much

    Hi Peta. I integrated this exercise into series 1 after the cheek exercise. Before finding you I was doing face exercises for 10 years, so it has been great for me learning these new techniques. Thanks.

      Hi Maria, even tho you have been doing facial exercises for years, when you learn facerobics, you have to follow the program exactly, you do not add or extract any exercises to any of the routines. All the series are to be done in order from 1-6, and each series over every six weeks you perform them work subtly with different muscle groups, if you add or extract an exercise, you will be over exercising and cause more wrinkling. Please follow the program as prescribed, i know is re learning but, once you do it that way you will gain results over time

    Hi Peta I have just subscribed to your Facerobics. I think I have read all the pre exercise information. I am struggling to find the face work out. I have found one but it does not mention the upper and lower cheek only the nose. I want to ensure I am starting from the correct platform. I am fairly new to You Tube and finding it difficult to find and follow the exercise schedule. I there a link to the basic exercise routines and the speciality ones. Looking forward to starting.

    Hi Peta.. you are God sent! i was so depressed at how fast I was aging and wow with just a month of doing your exercises, I see the difference. However, my cheeks still sag from the side. What exercise do you recommend to lift up the face from near the ear..so that the mouth and whole cheek area rises... God bless you sis~~ and Thank You~

      @@facerobics Yes but I started to get results on the spot it was like my face has been waiting for this. May I ask you please, you know the muscles that is responsible for making my mouth droop, how do these experiences help by not pulling my mouth down? is this true that the muscles of the mouth are mainly responsible for the elevation and depression of the angle of the mouth, upper and lower lips and the opening and closure of the mouth. I have been doing face yoga for 2 months now and I am seeing a difference in my complexion. I am really bothered by a deep line at the corner of my left side of my mouth. It is spreading down to my chin and it's very noticeable. Can you recommend some exercises to help this problem. Thank you so much. Susan. X

    I love all your exercises and you can feel the difference as soon as you do them. You are the best testimony to the benefit of the exercisesOnly my lips crack and the corners peel when I do some of the exercises. Why does that happen.Also after doing some of the exercises where I am pressing the forehead or the face the skin darkened. It could have been bruised because of the constant pressing . Unfortunately now I cannot do a lot of your exercises. I am doing only those where the tongue is being used for the pressure or where the hand goes on the chin or neck. Can you do some exercises where we do not have to use hand on face especially for eyes, forehead and and nasolobial folds. I have pressure urticaria and also my face skin darkens with pressure

    Hi Peta, this is so good, I've been watching and subscribed months ago but only started level 1 a week ago. I bought the renew me device before Christmas but only started using it today. That tells you how slow I am on the uptake! Already feeling the benefits of the facial exercise but am a bit confused with all the other exercise tips you give? You say not to add to the plan I'm doing, so when can I do the others?

      +Tracey Griffiths - Hi Tracy, firstly are you doing a full face routine, or are you doing the EAWM Series. The main thing with face exercises is that you do not over exercise your tiny facial muscles, otherwise they will fatigue and you will create more wrinkles, and possibly not be able to reverse it. So, you can only work one major muscle group with one exercise at a time.     It will be very helpful if you make picture of yourself doing the exercise and draw arrows of top of it where exactly to lift as i'm very confused. From where exactly to lift, what direction, and why we place our fingers in the corner of the mouth.

    I understand, in workouts you use muscle confusion so your body doesn't get use the workout, so it's the same with the face, never thought about that, thanks, USA!

    Hi Just subscribed to your channel today. Love it. Was wondering how to go about determining which exercises to do as a daily routine. Would be so great to have sets to alternate once muscle has built up. Where is the best to start. My problem is saggy mouth corners stemming from adjustments with an activator on my jaw by both ears, I like the cheek plumper one for the pouches that are forming around the corner of my mouth

You need to follow a full face routine I have 3 called Exercise Along With Me (EAWM) in 3 Series. Make sure that you read all of the information and then start series 1 after learning the exercises. Also, try to watch the updates to the programme as I do coaching tutorials also which will help you immensly.

    Hello! I really love all ur facial exercises. I use specks since childhood and as time hv passed I hv developed terrible shunken eyes (dey are not genetic) . It would be very kind of you if you can suggest some exercises for shunken eyes.

      hi ahusha, no i am sorry, you cant change the EAWM series. There are 6 of them, and they will more than lift your face if you follow the program correctly

    Thanks Peta, I love all your exercises but my main concern are the the barcode or smoking lines around all my mouth. I am 62 but the lines started to show in my early forties. I understand it is difficult to eliminate them completely, at least I would like them to soften. Is there any exercise for the lower lip?

    This is such a great exercise I really need to work on this area regularly.. but how do we incorporate it into routines as it’s not in any of the series 1-6? Is it okay to add it and just not do as many..? I’m on series 6.

    Peta I am loving this new wave thought process and taking active responsibility for our faces. You've proven that Botox and fillers are truly for cheats.
    I have a question and a couple of suggestions you may choose to take on board.
    I have developed a terrible habit of tensing my jaw, muscles around my mouth and ultimately frowning. My kids are on high alert to tell me when I'm doing it. I think it began sitting at the computer but now I can't peel an apple without 'that' face. I look ugly and pissed off when I'm not. Do you know how I can break that habit? It's the reason I came across your channel.
    And for my suggestions. For those that do a lot of driving it would be great for some advice 'hands free'. I know you need the fingers for isolation but there is so much valuable time that could be used whilst driving.
    And the other. When you say you tense your buttocks and toes, I lift my pelvic floor and core muscles. I believe that our face reflects our genitalia. Just look at a pregnant woman with swollen lips! And after an orgasm our sinuses run clear. Food for thought, eh? But even if you don't subscribe to that wholistic approach there could be nothing more appropriate to avoid aging than core strength and pelvic floor.
    Cheers and thanks for the inspiration. I include it in my gym 'me' time.

I do not suggest people to do face exercise while driving because it takes a lot of concentration to do them, and it is easy to forget what you are actually doing, face exercise wise, and driving wise! I have done it myself!!!! lol! You can do them at stop lights, but not while driving. Also, my exercises are not designed to do hands free because it is my thought that you need to isolate the muscles. I hope you see what I mean? Glad to hear that you are working your way thru the exercises, and learning how to apply the techniques I offer. Appreciate your comment!!

    EMERGENCY QUESTION. I was reading an article about lifting the corners of the mouth and it stated that botox is used to relax teh anguli oris muscle as the muscle pulls down and causes drooping. so this freaks me out because I feel that muscle being used when doing this exercise or any exercise. I try to focuss on the lavotor lavi superious which I can feel going from the lip upwards near the nose. So will exercising the anguli oris make things worse? it seems impossible not to use it

      +hayley ryan - hi hayley, the reason why the muscle droops is because it is not being used. If you exercise the muscle, it will become strong again and not droop. You have to exercise all of your face to get the lift, because all of the muscles are attached to each other. When you exercise your face, ALL of your muscles will move so its ok that is moving too. Dont worry about it, just jump in and do it and you will see the changes. Also, you need to be doing a full face routine, not just one spot exercise, here is a link that talks about the programme and how to practice it in more depth - renew-me.com.au/blog/2015/12/03/where-to-start-and-how-to-use-the-facerobics-face-exercise-program-for-your-face-exercise-success/. All of the exercises I present are to be used as part of a full face routine, they are there so you can learn them and then work them in that fashion.

There is a ton of information on my channel about how to do the exercises, and what not to do also. You will need to do a full face routine regularly. When you finish that, go to series 2, do the same thing, then after 6 weeks, go back to series 1 and start again. Alternate the routines for a few months. So I did the meditation and got up this morning to to the first of the full face routine. But these links are better and more instruction than the ones I saw on your website. Is it ok to do the series 1 with the cheek lifter exercise and the lift corners of the mouth exercise. I have serious sagging fat cheeks and it is pulling my entire face down. I always look angry or mad. I checked out a plastic surgeon 2 months ago. She refused to do a facelift on me. She said it was too extreme. So she suggested voluma to give the appearance of a lifted cheek. Because she never did the procedure before she was going to do it for free. It was weird because something always happened where I didn't go to have it done. Her office kept saying they called me but I never got the call. How could this happen 3 times...and they never left a message. Something was very strange with that. I got fed up after waiting almost 2 months. So I thought is it possible that there facial exercises???.... I hopped on youtube and found a few people but your face by far was the BEST LOOKING!!!! I currently have double folds on both sides of my face. One side is worst than the other. I hope it's not just hoping my face changed, but i could swear after the first "treatment" lol I feel I could see a difference. I will keep going

      +TheJanicetunes - Thank you so much for your compliments!! the cheek lifter is in Series 1, but do not add the lip exercise. I will be adding one in Series 3. you cannot change the EAWM Series because I have constructed the exercise configurations for a reason. You need to watch this video - th-cam.com/video/u_ebji7pQDA/w-d-xo.html it will help you understand that if you overdo any sort of facial exercise, you will cause more wrinkles. When you finish your 6 weeks of this routine, you will go to a new one, so, dont worry about the issues, because you are getting an all round exercise on your face with the routines I have constructed. I will be adding other exercises to the EAWM Routines, so that people will get an overall workout, very much like I do, and get the same results, if they stick to the programme. So, do not add or remove any exercises from the routines I construct. By all means you can configure your own routine, here is a video that shows you how, th-cam.com/video/TbCnjIx2Gzk/w-d-xo.html. Lucky for you you didnt get that facelift!!! Hope that helps

      Molly Hi Molly, welcome! Yes, you will feel burning of the muscle when you exercise it, just as you would if you were exercising your body muscles, they are exactly the same, it means you are doing them correctly and the muscles are starting to build. Yes, you do have to stretch the corners of your mouth, but also, remember to isolate those corners as you are stretching with your fingers. Thank you also for your lovely compliment!!!

      Hi quinongrains, how are you? It could be that the muscles in that area are still quite weak. Just try a few times more, and as the little muscles build, you will begin to get much more control over them!

      Hi Mili, thank you for asking the question! You can start by doing 50 reps, then build up to as many as you can. The muscles in this area are quite difficult to isolate, so the lactic burn can be quite intense to start. Remember to hold for 20 seconds, squeezing as tight as you can as to help the muscles build afterwards! Hope that helps and good luck with them!!
