The flu story reminds me of when I knew I wanted to be with my lady We had just started dating maybe 3 dates at that point, I injured my Achilles at work, she drove 1 and half to be with me at the surgery, talked to the doctors and the nurses to make sure I was taken care of, cancelled her clients to be there with me, that support right there told me she is a real one, still together to this day and my feelings for her are stronger than ever
What should I do if my partner lets themselves go after the engagement. And makes me feel bad for suggesting better habits or changes we could make to boost our health. I am always sure to never come off brash, harsh or judgmental we have worked on our communication skills a lot but on this subject she won’t budge. I’m not perfect either but when my partner comes to me and expresses how they feel I truly take it into consideration and make changes or fulfill promises I’ve previously made. I don’t understand why my request aren’t as important to her as hers are to me? Any advise?
great to hear! Just keep a positive outlook when dating and don't reminisce on the past too much. Anxiety is never good bro, you prob just got unlucky. But still be cautious and on the lookout for those red flags. And take it very slow. Don't dump your emotional baggage or stuff about previous relationship all at once. Even if you feel she's receptive and ready to hear you out, STILL keep yourself back and take it slow and steady. This is not about keeping you from being yourself and saying what you think, it is about emotional discipline. I trust you and good luck my brother!@@joegrizzly846
