I love Whiskey. The dog's nice too ! :) . S/He looks so healthy and is well-trained. If I was presented with some of your food, I'm not sure I could resist in the same way. Keeping everything cold for the tempura batter is a definite tip, along with all the others. I am so hungry right now 🍤🍤🥧🥧
I cooked the spaghetti marinara a few weeks ago using your base sauce. I just threw in the seafood and didn't fry them (must do so the next time I cook it🙂). I had cod fish, mussels and scallops, and of course, with chopped parsley. Really enjoyed it! Thank you!

I have a question if I may, how do you know when to use pepper as far as you know cooking on say a steak or something? I get conflicting information, some say use it, and others say don’t bcuz it will burn and be bitter. Can you clarify if you have time? Thank you. O.S. When is your next trip video? It depends how hot your oil is, if it's very hot almost smoking then best to leave pepper until last. If it's moderate heat, then I see no problem, just like a pepper steak, the pepper is added first. It also depends on the grind. If it's very fine, then leave it last. But always salt first. OS video very soon.
