Yay spring already , I feel like we were just cooking Christmas lamb yesterday.... where does time go... honestly I lose track of time until I catch a glimpse of myself in the mirror 😢. Self pity over...I have a huge bag of prawns in the freezer so I'm making that tomorrow 😊, thanks as always mate.

As always Absolutely gorgeous videos. Joel in Australia do producers of ground beef add additives such as pink slime? Here in America I’m reading there’s over 70% of our ground beef has pink slime added, its disgusting. So on occasion, when I do use ground beef, I’m grinding my own. Take care❤
@@recipe30 thank you for answering. I always think of Australia having higher quality foods in general than here in the US. It’s harder here to fine 100% grass fed organic chuck roast or sirloin, so even if I’m buying the regular one I still grind it. Take care Joel.💋

Hi am so happy that you could introduce a new puppy into your life.I did love the other dog and I have alway had a dog. He was name jumble after a dog my dad had. We did lose him due to age then the next dog I acquired was a collie cross, (Blue merle Collie and dingo) At the time he would sit at my side as I made pottery(and still are a potter) he would follow me when I went for a walk, when I let him off the lead he would chase the Kangaroo's but would keep me in sight. He used to sit by my elbow and nuge me when he thought that I had enough time sitting.(I was a production potter) He could open the screen door but he never learnt to close it. I am sure that you will get a lot from training the new pup, What name have you given to the pup?, The best thing was if he did lose me when I was firing my kiln and the face when he did find me behind the 34+ gas kiln..He used to try and get into my lap but he was too big. I only came to your site I was just looking a recipe was Aussie. Love you
We Persian eat lots lots fresh herb with flatbread and feta cheese or with our food , we have a basket of fresh Basil Tarragon , green onion , Radishes , cilantro at the meal time specially in summer ( just onion and Radishes in winter and what ever there is to buy ) 😂

Some do add additives to make the meat look pink, I also ground my own (grass fed) meat. Otherwise you never know what you're eating.

Parmesan will be a little overpowering for the salmon.
