We are seeing how this repetitive habit energy reinforces attachments and cravings of the senses, the self and other selves.. and we see how concepts like supporting unhealthy sex culture or the porn industry can be very negative towards women , men and even children...Sexual misconduct is a doozy of a precept and often involves the other precepts.. like this video says, mindfulness mindfulness mindfulness..
