I'm currently in Stage 3. My Journey didn't start until Nov 2022. My wife wanted to go to Maui really bad. I'm typically a homebody and I despise airline travel. But I wanted to make her happy and couldnt let her go alone. When I stepped off the plane something changed in me. Couldn't quite place it. There were a lot of firsts for me on that trip. The next day after waking up from the long day at 6am I decided to go to the beach just steps from our room. I stood there alone, no one around and something hit me with me a profound feeling I hadn't felt since I was a small child. Spirits or something was calling out to me sending me a message. I could of ignored it but I chose to listen. Here I am now. Sober after 20 years of hard drinking, insecurity almost gone and new perspective on life.

This awakening process doesn't seem to be a linear experience for me. Instead of advancing through the stages, I find myself going back and forth...each time reaching a little further but also going back to the beginning. This helped me to see that now. Thank you!

With similar stages but different experiences and different viewpoints
I believe I began going through this when I hit 50, I felt confused, unsatisfied with everything I’ve always known and did, questioning absolutely everything, wondering what was the point of life. I was feeling down and even a little depressed. I wasn’t happy with anything. Then I decided to go and travel to India to soul search. Best thing I ever did.
What did you find by going to India, may i ask.
Five stage of spritual awakening: 1. the ego self, no awareness of thoughts and emotions, only reaction , no control
2. Ego death, breakdown of our beliefs, all ideas and concepts conditioning .. feeling emptiness and detachment
3. The search: to understand and seeking about truth,who am I ? A quest . Meaning of life ? Why they born ? Meditation ,prayer, reading.
4. No more society conditioning, a high awareness, unbalanced relationship, jobs may be left, internal and external transformation, old trauma comes on surface, intuition high, lucid dreaming, more empty,
5. A harmonic relationship with nature, deep understanding about life and alignment with nature, a deep compassion and forgiveness, unconditional love.

@@tekknorat I am curretly into inner alchemy. The process is unknown to most. It is hard, not the learning curve. The people are way off the course. Due to dumb luck, I was told I am into the 3rd stage of the 5. Astro body and synchronization with reality. Mind, body, and soul. And that is far from the particle being. I had my share on healing. I didn't know I could do that at the time, then I lost it. A senior bro just told me not to give up. The oracle told me, this island is best for you. Don't leave. I had acupuncture treatment the other day. The particles surround me and it turns as if it is fine-tuning my brain. I thought I got kicked off from the energy portals. But what I do know, the constellations are watching over me. That reminds me of Pirate of the Caribbean, Carina. The trident, the sword. The first energy that creates all dimensions. The positive and negative, the tortions. After all, we are a cosmo body. The endless torments, forging the heart.

I've been going through these phases a while now ,I was a late starter aged 46 ......now 63 ,I'm in the latter stages ,open to all ideas, compassionate, understanding,wished I'd understood what was happening a few years back ,but Spiritual Awakening isn't a race ,so one day at a time ,i tell myself .I'm enjoying the journey.

I’m 45 and in the beginning process of spiritual awakening, I have been through the questioning of who am I, what’s my purpose and why are we here, I’m now in the searching stage, searching for everything spiritual, I also feel my life is stagnant, but I’m enjoying this phase as I can reflect a lot on my relationships and life. I am grateful to be given this opportunity.
Self compassion is growing in me. I cry a lot without really knowing why. I am grateful to know we are all going at our own pace. There is nothing wrong in our world because the world is only a perception within each one's mind. ❤

My Mom took her own life in a surprise to us all when I was 15, my mentor polymath father died of heart disease at 43 and my gorgeous and most singular shaman fiancee of four whole days was murdered ten months later in Feb 1978. I dissociated for 41 years.
My bully of 5 years duration had my unusual last name. His rotten little brother had both my names. In a town of 5k people.
My PhD therapist's name Is my first name and the last name Chick. The term we used to describe attractive young women like my late fiancee.
That's what I'm talking about.

My Ego death began at 20, at 22 the search began and is in continuation. I’m now 23 and I feel like I regained my childhood essence, I know my purpose and understand my patterns, left my job, adopted spiritual avatars, and spend most of my time reading scripture. Im experiencing resistance engaging in past behaviors, it’s getting harder to mask. Source is moving me to a place where I get to live as my authentic self and I’m so excited! This video brought so much confirmation and comfort. I cried in joy. The de conditioning process can be brutal, full of sacrifices and surrender. I’m so grateful I make the active choice of choosing my soul. Looking forward to a life of alignment🤍🙏🏼💫🪷
Same here!!! Just same story as yours!!! The universe moves in our favor and is willing to give you just what you need when you are in alignment with your purpose and self. The joy of understanding people I deal with on a daily (I learnt not to expect nothing at all not even the smallest hello from anyone not even my parents, so since then, I stopped getting disappointed. If a person shows up and makes me smile that means that’s who they are, and if they do the latter then you know that’s how far they are evolved. Smile under pressure and await instructions from my intuition/universe before taking any step/action, escaping into the boonies or lakeside helps me.

This journey began for me when I was 45, I'm now 55 and it's been a long ass difficult and very emotional journey, I have lost loved ones, made huge sacrifices along the way, moved from South to North of England, been stripped of everything I thought was true of myself, and still new truths are emerging it seems never ending and exhausting, but I am never alone, I have my spiritual guides always with me guiding me to my right path in life, I had a stress related illness for nearly 20 years but through meditation alone I no longer have it nor taken the medication now for almost 9 years, a condition my GP told me could never be cured. I now understand what my purpose is in life, and it has always been one of my passions. Our dreams and passions come with us when we are born because they are very significant to what we came here to do. There is no horizon to this journey, we never reach the finish line because there is so much to learn, but step by step we are that much closer to understanding.

Being near death, which I heard causes a spiritual awakening
I don't just do breathwork I focus on quieting my mind and contemplation
I feel during this incarnation that my heart disease had already been pre determined upon my birth in this lifetime 💙

Even I am in a stage of heart attacks😂 .I had too take 4 leave and 1 absent from my job .😅 That day my wife took me to the hospital, taken my chest xray and ECG , thank God everything was normal. 😊
Contemplation gets scary good like a roller coaster. One thing I had begun doing with doctors is not telling myself what they tell me. They tell us things in a way as if we're supposed to take ownership (they didn't create Language Arts though). Not to say they're bad people. But in how we frame things to ourselves, especially with bad news. I think language matters. When I read you say, "I have heart disease." Will sound weird but don't insert yourself into what's going on within the body because You are not the body. You Are what makes the body. (Again, sounds weird to say but sometimes we need to hear things). If you're saying you have this thing, then you're helping to make it. In a way it's like taking ownership of its creation in saying you have it. Now you expect to have it and whatever else it comes with. Like winning a trophy and the jubilation that comes with it, you help make that. A storm is in but rather than letting it pass, we somehow took hold. There's something about hearing, saying, and feeling things about ourselves that trigger things within us. Even if we're the ones doing the triggering. Might be coming out of our mouths but it's still entering our minds. We say things with belief and we "make belief" don't we?

Reading all this comments, I'm proud to say my journey has started early in life, from breaking out of ego at the age of 15. It's a weird trip and it sure is not friendly for a child. I get very lonely from time to time knowing that people my age do not think the same as me. I have a good friend who is also on a spiritual journey and I'm trying to influence my little brother and my other friend to start too. Maturing fast is at the same time a blessing and a curse
I find it a little egotistic that I say I've broken out of my ego because I genuinely believe it's impossible to escape ego completely, it is a part of you that you can't "get rid off" and honestly you don't have to. You should be able to recognise when the ego is acting and cutting it short but I really believe it's not possible to burry it
@@PeterKouris it may be true that ego never goes away but you can definitely notice that it fades away over time. You need an ego to survive, otherwise you truly don’t care about yourself. I’ve been at stage 1 up until this year where I’ve been through 2 and 3 and closing in on 4. It’s good to mature early as you have information most other kids don’t have which can be truly aspiring. Be proud of yourself 👍

Even me too since 13 years of age. Yeah, it's true that we feel lonely but I didn't understand why people couldn't understand such small things until I saw this video and got a clarity about why I am not being the same person everyday like, it is really a little burden for my brain but I really feel lucky too. I've been actively seeking for almost 18 years and go back and forth in stages. I rise and back track, rest and make changes that seem to just flow naturally into place. My late husband died almost 10 months ago and through his illness and close contact watching and helping care for him it acted as an intense catalyst to review myself, to feel deeper understanding and compassion for my husband and finally be by his side when he died. That sent me on a deep internal review of who I am, what I am learning from my experience, what I did wrong in my relationship with my husband and where I'm going now. Grieving is such an intense lesson. Knowing we all die and move on into our spiritual realm has helped with insight into who I really am. It's given me compassion and shown I have so much love to give, to both those alive and dead knowing they are just on the otherside. We are all on a spiritual journey. Love to all and God speed.

Nobody talks about the suffering that comes before the death of the ego. You look for solutions and means to cope with the current situations that has caused you fear,pain,anxiety,unger name it but nothing seems to work until you enter the acceptance stage and then you start watching your emotions and thoughts as the observer and boom the awakening starts. The beginning of awakening is hard because you feel everything within your body but yet its the beginning of healing and birth of a new beautiful you❤. I loved listening to all these stages because I can truly relate

As a DF, I believe I have entered my Alignment period. I have been so lost for so long. I didn’t know which way to turn. I started with church because I didn’t really have a positive experience when growing up. As an adult, my perspective is different. But I still had questions. I then met someone who sees the world as I do. One night, I was perusing YT and found videos speaking my language. Describing EXACTLY what I had been feeling all of the years. Now I don’t feel so alone. I believe in myself again. My faith, strength and love is stronger and brighter than ever! So if you’re lost, feeling like you’ve never quite fit in anywhere in your life… don’t give up! Keep searching! The universe WILL bring the answers to you! Wishing all peace, love, and light on your journey to your Awakening ❤❤

I have no idea where I'm at. I recently experienced the 4th stage. That refusal to bend to negative energy. Seeing the things that hold me back. I quit my (unnecessary) job after 2 years because I realised my boss was abusing my generosity. My eyes opened and I honestly feel free. However, i have not experienced much of stages 2 or 3. My ego does sometimes slip back in and I have to acknowledge it. Vanity was never an issue, neither was pride, but stubbornness is where my ego thrives. Learning to admit when I am wrong u5as been the hardest part, but I feel like I'm getting closer to overcoming that. The ego is a prison that we don't even realise we are in. And I still sometimes forget.
Had all these experiences everyone thinks I'm going nuts but I know what's happening oh I know .....❤feel like a new person with clear mindset and total reset
If the people around you think you’re going nuts, that is simply their expression of where they are on their journey. Having compassion for people who are not very far along in their journey is something for which I have gained a great appreciation. The blissfulness, happiness, and peace that I feel is something that they do not have. How can you feel anything other than compassion for folks who are living in an unhappy and unpeaceful existence, without even knowing that happiness is attainable.
Most of my life I thought I was going through something unusual that I ought to at most keep to my journal. This touched me as a reminder that countless others are becoming aware of the most foundational aspect of existence. It is very exciting
Finally, I know what is happening to me and I have a term for what I have been feeling. Honestly, I have been so confused. I told my therapist that I felt like all of the sudden a part of my brain is awaken and everything is so clear to me. I can understand why a person acts the way they do. I feel so much sadness from some of my negative childhood experiences and memories. I want to let go yet I don’t know how yet. I am in a lot of mental pain and I keep questioning myself because I want to act how I feel yet I keep on seeking others’ approval. So much misalignment. After listening to this multiple times in the last hour, I believe I am in the Research stage. I am less scared now. I am excited and praying that I will get to the last stage soon, before I go crazy because I am in a very difficult stage. Ignorance is a bliss and now I am no longer ignorant. 🙏🏼

I am in stage 4... I think...getting to 5. I was born 3 or 5 but retrograded to 1. It took me 50 years to get back to awareness of my "self". Today I feel the urge to develop 5... feeling being called for my greater purpose : spiritual stories telling for children.

I'm quite shocked when the re-emergence of past traumas to be re-evaluated came up. I have wondered why they have come up. Many things I have had to not forgive but learn to accept and take within myself. I am finding they are the hardest lessons as I thought I had accepted everything but clearly I have other views to meditate on. The want to run from them has been very tempting but I'm haunted in my dreams, almost being forced to confront these things now from the view of a mother. It's definitely never something I thought I'd have to do and is the hardest part of my journey if I'm honest.
If you don’t heal the scar, it will come up again and prevent you from noticing what is going on in the present. Heal the FEAR. We want to run from a problem as quick as we can, that is human. Ask the Divine for guidance to show you a different way.
A Buddhist who has known me since 1982 but not seen me for the past 25 years commented last week on how much I had changed spirtitually. My awakening started in 2015. The last nine years have certainly been a rollercoaster but very rewarding. Thank you universe for showing me this video.

The video suggests that ,,The Search,, for Truth begins after death of the ego. My ego is still alive , and kicking. But ,,The search,, had been going on since the age of 14. ! So perhaps it's not as linear as this vid suggests. But ,stages over lap. ? That seems to be my experience, so far at least. 😊
I would further suggest that the apparent Stage Two, IE The Search for the Truth, begins WHILST we are still identifying with our ego. Mainly because we realise just how much pain and discomfort our ,ego, is causing us ! 😅

Thank you for putting it into words, because I could never describe or explain exactly how I became awakened, but I tell others I knew something major was about to happen to me. My current state of awareness is this: Nothing happens to you, everything happens within you. You are the space within which all things “happen” and which you “observe” by experiencing. Experiencing is all that happens to you, nothing else happens to you.
Everyone here is claiming spiritual elevation in one way or another, but without revealing the procedure they have adopted--for instance, any yogic or mystic exercises, chanting of mantras, extended fasting, prolonged and highly devotional meditations/prayers etc.--which could be verified by professional spiritual masters. Spiritual things are no doubt fashionable and the new normal amidst the postmodern disarray.

This is so very 'true', I am not resonating with my job, and my living conditions as stated in this video; so I'm going through a 'spiritual awakening'.
I am in the beginning of a painful loss and these are my steps , albeit, baby steps.
A step is a step. What looks like a baby step can reveal to be the greatest step of your life ! Feel grateful for any step you make, even if it's backwards... they are all needed for you to grow.
This is exactly what I'm going through now. It is powerful and inspiring and so freeing. I am greatful for the journey, it is not easy but it is worth it.

I didn’t realize how far iv come before hearing this video. Iv been n jus about all of these stage for the past year. Everything change so fast Iv been excepting of all of it. Not fighting or trying to change what’s going on but encouraging it. Realizing that we are all in our own journeys as am I. This was a defining video for me and confirmed so many thoughts I wondered if I was alone on. I felt a strong vibration down my spine hearing this that’s still resonating. I’ve undergone the rebirth and I’ve had these same exact thoughts of understanding over the past handful of years in particular but over the course of the entire life, and to hear them practically word for word is one of the most astounding things to have experienced. What steps you took for spiritual journey? Can you share?
I didn't realize i was on a spiritual journey. I've done so many things the past few years, and this video explained my process. I felt like i was at the very beginning of my life at 33, and it felt a bit saddening to me. This video shows that with all my sacrifices I've made, I'm currently at the "Emergence of Self" stage while having the empathy of the "Life of Alignment" stage so maybe that means I'm in the middle of transitioning? I feel so much better about my progress after watching this. Thank you so much 😭🥹💗
This is extremely good stuff. I resonate a lot with it, my life too going thru these phases. And it's co incidental to see that what I am experiencing naturally, was already written down as by someone. That shows that we all humans can find peace if we start to separate ourselves from the ego world. Life changes when we become the person from the inner world of true character and behavior rather then the laminated layer impressed upon us by the society and our surroundings.
I am not my name, nor my religion nor my personality which I was told to be.
I am what I was when I was born when no one had yet installed the softwares.
The true self starts to show up when we kill the ego and find ourselves as a being who has the same birth life and death as a tree or an animal.
We just came by the will of the universe and will leave when the universe decides. All that we can and should do during the mid time is to make this world a better place .

Great video. This is authentic spirituality. I experienced my initial awakening 23 years ago. I had a direct encounter with the Mysterium Tremendum (the Divine). It was 20 years of agonizing suffering and integration of the shadow before the Self or Soul Core came into view and started releasing its Divine energy, healing me, and unifying me. It does unfold according to the stages you explain here. First is the initial awakening and encounter with the Divine Light. Then there is tremendous darkness and suffering as one begins to descend into the unconscious. This is the Dark Night of the Senses. This continues for years and years. Then it becomes even more difficult when one encounters the collective unconscious and one's deeply repressed shadow and complexes. This is the Dark Night of the Spirit. It lasts for years. One then bottoms out and encounters the Primal Wound. Underneath the Primal Wound is the Self or Soul Core...the Divine spark which is your True Self and your True Nature. Then one begins to ascend and becomes more and more integrated and unified. As this happens, one becomes full of bliss, love, light, and ecstacy. It's the journey of a lifetime. Peace.
