I remember Tebow mania as a Broncos fan. Even though I didn't think he was the best QB, I knew he played with his heart, and you could tell this team was behind him. It takes a good human being with an infection personality to get a locker room to rally behind you. I know he had a terrible game against the Patriots afterwards, and I really am grateful that Elway was able to talk Manning into coming to Denver, but I'll never forget him for turning what would have been normally a fairly forgettable season into an exciting and magical one. I was hoping he would find his way in the NFL afterwards, and later in MLB, but I still have a lot of love and respect for Tim Tebow, and wish him nothing but the best in whatever he does afterwards, whether it is going back into sports media, or starting his own ministry, I have no doubts he'll be successful in whatever he puts his mind and heart into, just because he'd the type of person you want to gravitate towards because you know he's the type of person to make the people around him better. And this is coming from a cold hearted non-believer, if this means anything. If anything, I wish more people of faith (and people in general) were more like Tebow. This world would be a better, more reassuring place, for sure.

"Develop"???!! Seriously???!!! Remember when he tried out for the Patriots and the Eagles, and before both of those times, he said that "I'm the best I've ever been"? Looks like he thought he had "Developed", as per his statement, how did those experiences turn out for him? BTW, he was a #1 pick, they aren't supposed to "Develop". Teams don''t have the time nor the money for "Projects".
@@voicesofnature257, Mahomes is in his 2nd year, the same season Tebow sucked with Denver. Tebow failed with 3 other teams, so he must have really "Developed"(LOL).
As both a Gator and Bronco fan, thanks for the memories Tim.. I’ll never forget the day my favorite NFL team drafted my favorite player from my favorite college team. Worth the 1st round pick in my opinion. I don’t think Peyton signs with Denver without that magical season. Wish we could kept you as a backup to learn behind #18.
The thing that bothered me about the Tim Tebow situation is how someone could dislike him because of the fact that he openly showed his faith on the field.
Clutchens Its not that he openly showed his faith, its the way he went about it. Constantly making a spectacle of how christian he was. If he wants to pray thats fine but kneeling on the sideline while thousands of people are watching.... When i raised to be religious i was taught that God would rather have you pray in your closet then pray infront of masses of people.
Ella T Grasso I agree w u but at the same time we shouldn’t judge Tebow for doing that. Not every Christian knows every little thing about what’s right and wrong.
Matthew 6:5 When you pray, you shall not be as the hypocrites, for. they love to stand and pray in the synagogues and in the. corners of the streets, that they may be seen by men.
Private Joker That only applies if he is just praying to impress other people and not actually praying too god. For example if he were to tell the cameramen to come to him and watch him pray then there would be a problem.

As a Gators fan I will always love Tebow, I remember watching when the winning streak started against Miami and the playoff win against Pittsburgh. It gives me goosebumps just thinking about it. I hate how his career ended
I remember watching that Denver Pittsburgh game in a laundromat and being blown away. Being a Tebow fan was not really a possibility after his college career, but it was still a magical moment.
Tim Tebow is a genuinely devout man, and the only people he polarized were the godless heathens. God bless you Tim! You were a joy to watch, and your fearless espousal of faith was/is inspirational!
I simply cannot imagine anyone coming along, ever, who would change my opinion on this: Tim Tebow has been, is, and always will be, the best all-around US men's college football player to walk this Earth. EOM
We have to appreciate this channel because KTO is doing this out of pure interest and seemingly no ulterior motive but giving us football history that Im sure all of is think about at times.
I've had a love-hate-love-hate relationship with Tebow. Grew up in the same area. Our high school played him a couple times (best high school athlete I've ever seen). Then he went to Florida which was my most hated school at the time. Was rooting for him at Denver when he got drafted. I'm a Jags fan so when he was no longer with the Broncos/ Jets, Tebow fans in the Jax area were insufferable buying newspaper ads and shit demanding the Jags take Tebow then I hated him again.
@Jason O'Daniel he's probably the greatest college QB ever though... And even with all that of what you're saying, he won when he started. And I never understood why NFL GMs draft QBs and then try to make them fit their system instead of building around what a QB does best. Baltimore has done exactly that, as well as Kansas City. They threw out the book and are now building around what makes their QBs great. Another example is New England, there's a reason since discovering Brady's talent they've had the same type of receivers, the same type of RBs, same type of tight end. It's critical for the teams success. Elway and the rest of Denver didnt care about the teams success they cared about his "throwing motion" lol
I don't think he is a loser. I just thought he wasn't a good QB. And I'm a Broncos fan. The games were great, but, I mean, hard to argue Tebow over Peyton, sorry.
With roughly the same players around them, Tebow's offense struggled to score 20 points a game while Peyton's offense set a scoring record. Granted that record setting offense got annihilated by an all time defense in the Super Bowl, but Tebow was never leading a team anywhere close to a Super Bowl. Shows what a difference a real QB has on a team.
Mark you are giving tebow a completely unfair comparison. Manning, Brady, any other hall of famer, is a no brainer over tebow. The point is, he didn't get a multiple chances to be a solid starter or even a backup, for a team that needed QB. A great example of what "could" have happened, if he got the one on one coaching, patience, and support of a team, is Blake borttles, or gabert. both of them are still getting chances in the league.
Tim Tebow’s NFL League Records: Highest postseason rating: Tebow’s passer rating was 125.6, the highest in Broncos playoff history. Most yards per completion in a playoff game: 31.6 against Pittsburgh in 2012. Most 30+ yard passes in a playoff quarter: Tebow was the first NFL player ever to complete four passes of 30 yards or more in a single quarter of an NFL playoff game, with 51, 30, 58, & 40. And this was against the 2011-2012 Pittsburgh Steelers rated #1 in defense in the NFL in various, especially relevant categories. Fewest passes to 300+ yards in any NFL game: According to the authoritative Bleacher Report, Tim Tebow is the only quarterback in the Super Bowl era to throw for 300+ yards in only ten completions. Only quarterback to throw three 50+ yard passes in a playoff game: since the NFL/AFL merger in 1970 according to Bleacher Report for 51, 58, & 80. Even outside of playoff games, this feat happens only once in a blue moon, as throwing three 50+ yard passes hasn't been done in any NFL game in over twenty years. Longest touchdown pass in NFL playoff history in overtime: 80 yards, and in the shortest overtime play, 11 seconds, almost a minute quicker than any previous NFL postseason overtime. Fastest to six game-winning drives: Against the Chicago Bears, Tim Tebow earned a Super Bowl-era NFL league record with his sixth game-winning drive in the fourth quarter or overtime in just his first eleven games! 13+ Point Fourth-Quarter Comebacks: By way of comparison, John Elway, two-time Super Bowl winner, second "most-winningest" NFL quarterback ever, one of the NFL's all-time comeback kings with a great combination of game winning drives and fourth-quarter comebacks who earned his sixth fourth-quarter comeback after 29 games, had won after trailing in the fourth quarter by 13+ points twice in 16 seasons. For this amazing Tebow NFL record, he overcame a 13 or more point deficit in the fourth quarter twice in his only first four games. Most yards per attempt in a playoff game: Tebow threw for 15 yards per attempt against the Steelers. Most passing yards in a playoff debut: 316. (This media-dubbed playoff win of "biblical proportions" led to the 3:16 quarterback getting around the NFL ban on eye-black messages with the media spreading the word of the John 3:16 game with Tebow's 31.6 yards per completion for coach John Fox and back office exec John Elway, and the last quarter Nielsen ratings were a record-breaking 31.6 for a playoff game, with 42 million people watching the game, more than doubling the NFL playoff average of 18 million viewers. Also, a million people now know the NFL record for most yards per completion in a playoff game. How many people were aware of this stat before Tebow’s win against the Steelers?)
The only thing Tebow fans have is one season. There are tons of one year wonders in NFL history. Of course you don't bother to talk about what happened after that one season.
It was his belief that got him buryed. US was funding ISIS helping Neo Nazis in ukraine and now antifa and BLM in america. Cant have a positive message.
I’m 16 now so when I was young getting into college football was when Tebow was on the Gators. My dad went to UF so I was already a Gators fan. I loved Tim when he was here.
Tebow was offered by many teams to play at other positions such as WR and TE but Tebow refused to play anything but QB. Even he has said as much. It's his own fault he had a short and unfilfiling career in the NFL
Instead of crying about being treated unfairly he just put his head down and kept moving forward. Professional baseball didn't work out but he gave it all he had, trying to start at a new position at his age in the NFL didn't work out but just ask his teammates, he gave it everything he had. He's an amazing person and I respect the hell out him.
I have so much respect for Tebow, sure he wasn't the best QB but good God he had so much heart & passion when he played it's impossible to dislike him.
Even as an UGA fan, I have to appreciate what Tebow did not only for college football but really how great of a human he is. Credit to Tebow because regardless of who he played for and how many times he beat us, he deserved better
Hey KTO I have a few what if ideas What if Peyton Manning never got released by the Colts What is Ricky Williams got picked by the Eagles What if Drew Brees signed with the dolphins and what if the Raiders traded Randy Moss for Aaron Rodgers
I actually did the Peyton Manning staying with the Colts one. The Colts were better for a bit but Manning retires one year sooner because of the O-Line. The Colts then pick up a guy named Jared Goff. The Rams wind up with Luck and make the playoffs in his second year before returning to mediocrity because they missed out on Todd Gurley and Aaron Donald. The playoff appearance gives both Jeff Fisher and St. Louis more time with the Rams. Because of new draft positions the Bills end up with Tyler Eifert and Brandin Cooks. They didn't lose any important players so this heavily improved offense gets them a Super Bowl victory in a year where they push the Patriots out of the playoffs. The Redskins get Tannehill instead of RG3 which never pans out. The Browns get RG3 early as well as the Patriots main linebacker in the same draft. They enjoy a playoff appearance with him before entering a purgatory of not being good enough to be a good team but never bad enough to get great draft picks. The Dolphins miss out on Tannehill but end up getting Todd Gurley. They never get a first round qb as they're never bad enough to get good draft position. The Saints defense starts to get better early which leads to them winning Super Bowl 52. The Falcons however lose every good thing that ever came their way. The defense especially crumbles and they wind up the worst team in the league instead of losing to the Patriots in the Super Bowl. Speaking of the Patriots they got Aaron Donald. I know that sounds scary but losing out on their top linebacker lessened the gain and never getting Cooks brought them back to normal when the Bills were greatly improved. The Broncos wound up with Sam Bradford who wins the Super Bowl the same year Manning did while looking MUCH better. The swiss cheese O-Line of the next season would see him get blown up beyond repair and leave the Broncos exactly where they are now. Who was playing, and the outcome of the Super Bowl didn't change until Super Bowl 51.
Bolby Ballinger well I do plan on making these videos and I'm already studying for them but I kind of see a little things different but I see where you're coming from
bewonii yea I agree but the Dolphins were thinking about signing Drew Brees but of course like every other team the injury scared them away but I will say they win a Superbowl in 2008
nanacrammin yea I like history too I also plan on doing that for videos I just think it's interesting to see it where the NFL would go with something changed
Crazy, I remember the Tebow madness. And I don’t understand how you couldn’t like the guy. He is one of the nicest people you will ever meet and he knew how to Win football games
I remember that play off game when the broncos and the Steelers went at it and remember me and my dad yelling on the top of our voices when he scored in over time I was 6 or 7 around the time but I remember that like it was yesterday I don't care if Tebow was not the greatest quarter back or the broncos not the greatest team it still holds a place in my heart to day. Best college player ever. So magical to be a gator fan back then. We just knew as long as this guy was leader we always had a chance. Even when we lost to Alabama the man never quit! He cried because he was passionate about the game and carried a entire fan base on his shoulders. Yes Alabama has more championships but it’s all recruiting not heart. Kids go to bama because it’s the ban wagon thing to do but they will never have a Tim Tebow. Oh who was the college he turned down to go to Florida....Alabama and then he owned them.
Honestly, I wish Jacksonville had given him a shot when he got cut from the jets. While he wasn't the best quarterback, he would've sold that arena out every week, as many mega-churches as there are in that area. That increase in revenue could have helped them to get better players.
Tebow had chosen Jets over Jaguars when he was given the choice, and then off cause they did not come back. Tebow wanted the stage in NYC and ruined his career by doing so. He would have started in Jacksonville and had the chance of proving his critics wrong.
He wouldn't switch positions and he was a bad QB. That's all. His pride got in his way, which is funny since there is a nice bunch of verses in the Holy Bible that allude to sinful pride.
@@CelebornGaming Now look, Broncos are a joke now because of him. It's always been Elway. It wasn't Elway that brought is a super bowl, it was Manning and that team. As much of a fan of Elway as I am, he was a good player, not a good business person.
@morbidcorpse Tim Tebow was great and from my memory recollection, all he did was kneel which sparked that Tim Tebow Kneel. Last I checked, Cam Newton caused a lot of stiff the same way Tebow did yet he is still on the Panthers. It's the Broncos that got rid of him for no reason whatsoever
I will always be a Tim Tebow fan. Growing up a Broncos fan in the heart of Steelers country was always hard. Before that season I wasn't a big sports fan; I hated watching games actually, but I was going to tune into that game. The week leading up to the game I was harassed in school. After that game, I became a life long sports fan. The pass to DT made me love all sports.

@@macrodic1898 As a Bronco fan I still love what Tebow did for his 16 games in Denver and I think he performed at a level that should have had him starting somewhere. Broncos did the absolutely right thing by Tebow by letting him choose whether to go to the Jets or the Jaguars, and Tebow destroyed his career by chosing wrong. Tebow would be the worst possible backup to Peyton - and he stunk in practice - ie where he should have helped the team prepare. Jets did him dirty, and Chip Kelly's treatment and parting words were really below any moral limit. The fact that he did not hang around Philly that year was bad. I would have loved to se Tebow play more but keeping him in Denver would have been idiotic. We could have brought him back in 2016 - but that is another story.
One of the greatest college players of all-time! He probably could have made a decent career as a starting QB in the NFL if he didn’t have such a big media hype following his every move. He appears to be a genuinely nice guy, and I wish him nothing but the best.

I will never understand why the Browns never gave him a shot. He couldnt be any worse than what they had
Kevin Robinson I will never understand why you commented 4 times.

Three different teams gave him a shot. He couldn't complete half his passes. That's why he's out of the NFL.

The last pass Tebow threw in the NFL was a TD

As both a Gator and Bronco fan, thanks for the memories Tim.. I’ll never forget the day my favorite NFL team drafted my favorite player from my favorite college team. Worth the 1st round pick in my opinion. I don’t think Peyton signs with Denver without that magical season. Wish we could kept you as a backup to learn behind #18.
Agreed
Tebow wasn't capable of learning from Manning. HE could NEVER read defenses or understand the offense the way Manning did.
UGA fan here, Tebow was one of the best men to ever play the game. He is an incredible human being, and my God bless him and his family.
Dang Must have made an impression for a Dawg to say that. I still respect the Dawgs, can't stand those from fspoo though. Lol.
In a high school game. Tim Tebow broke his leg and continued to play. He won the game as well. Tim Tebow was the man. #GoGators
The thing that bothered me about the Tim Tebow situation is how someone could dislike him because of the fact that he openly showed his faith on the field.
Clutchens
Its not that he openly showed his faith, its the way he went about it.
Ella T Grasso I don’t think god cares how you do it as long as it is genuine.
He made me enjoy college football even though I'm a Georgia fan

I remember watching that Denver Pittsburgh game in a laundromat and being blown away. Being a Tebow fan was not really a possibility after his college career, but it was still a magical moment.

You should do a video on “what if the browns win the 2019 Super Bowl” I know it’s very unlikely but still would be cool to see your thoughts
Why make a video on something that will not happen?
Fast Forward six months and the 2020 Super Bowl is looking possible for the Browns

We have to appreciate this channel because KTO is doing this out of pure interest and seemingly no ulterior motive but giving us football history that Im sure all of is think about at times.
It’s getting even more interesting now
I've had a love-hate-love-hate relationship with Tebow.
Paul Henricksen 😂 As a Broncos fan, I never liked him as a QB. He was a better RB than anything else.
Why would you hate such a beautiful person with almost no flaws? You are beyond miserable dude. You need therapy kid.
I remember seeing billboards along I-95 saying Bring Tim Tebow to Jacksonville. They were everywhere for a while.
Big difference between college and NFL. Tebow was one of many, many QBs who showed this.
Its crazy though, because he won
@Jason O'Daniel cool
@Leeroy Jenkins Like all the christian owners?
@@GinkgoPete the owners aren’t Christians lol
Finally, someone gets it. Tebow, one of the most disrespected players of all time.
Took over a 1-4 team.
Went 7-4.
Won the first playoff game.
And people think he's a loser?
A great example of what "could" have happened, if he got the one on one coaching, patience, and support of a team, is Blake borttles, or gabert. both of them are still getting chances in the league.
defense kept him in those games, helps having elvie dumervill and von miller on defense
Tim Tebow’s NFL League Records:
Highest postseason rating: Tebow’s passer rating was 125.6, the highest in Broncos playoff history.
Also his first 16 starts ratings, make him in the top 5 all time of QB's in a number of stats... TD's, completion %, yds rushing, look it up
The only thing Tebow fans have is one season. There are tons of one year wonders in NFL history. Of course you don't bother to talk about what happened after that one season.
How about we talk about the next playoff game?
It was his belief that got him buryed. US was funding ISIS helping Neo Nazis in ukraine and now antifa and BLM in america. Cant have a positive message.

Keep the bangers coming bro 💯
The one thing about Tim Tebow is that he knew how to win. I can’t believe he ended up out of the NFL the way he did.
Tebow was offered by many teams to play at other positions such as WR and TE but Tebow refused to play anything but QB. Even he has said as much. It's his own fault he had a short and unfilfiling career in the NFL
I remember Tebow madness. And that D. Thomas pass in OT, my old man about shit his pants as a Denver fan when he saw that play.
That speech sounded like something I would say to my mom when she argues about my grades

He thought he was Logan Thomas of Washington Football Team.
Tebow is the epitome of love dignity and faith. No one I know comes close to his amazing Grace he demonstrates. I will always root for him.
I remember first hearing about him on that MTV show twos-a-days
Your vids have filled the void created by the lack of Jon Bois.
Hey KTO I have a few what if ideas
What if Peyton Manning never got released by the Colts
What is Ricky Williams got picked by the Eagles
What if Drew Brees signed with the dolphins
and what if the Raiders traded Randy Moss for Aaron Rodgers
I really want to see if Brett Favre stayed in Atlanta
These videos are what should be in popular from February to August. This is making me remember some of these moments.
Crazy that this is the same guy that led a 3 million yard drive in the first Bound for Street game in CFL history since 1985
Tebow reminds me of the character "Paul Metzler" in the movie 'Election'
Amazing that just being a good guy is polarizing in this country. No wonder were all so divided. Tim has been nothing but good in this world.
In that playoff game, after the broncos won the game my dad went outside in his underwear to celebrate 🤣 lol

That post game conference hit me hard. Idk why, but it does. I’ve suffered tough losses in football, and I just related a ton to that.
And also a lot of Gators/Jaguars fans
@Leeroy Jenkins imagine trying to create a victim card THIS hard lol
About that
Our Tebow

Not to sound like that guy..but you should watch the way you joke around with Biblical scriptures🙏🏾
I can't think of any NFL coach that would disregard or throw away talent....at their own coaching expense. There's more to why Tebow wasn't played.
He wouldn't switch positions and he was a bad QB. That's all. His pride got in his way, which is funny since there is a nice bunch of verses in the Holy Bible that allude to sinful pride.
Butter Johnson no. The Broncos wanted Peyton Manning and John Elway never liked Tim Tebow. Nothing to do with pride.
@@CelebornGaming Now look, Broncos are a joke now because of him. It's always been Elway. It wasn't Elway that brought is a super bowl, it was Manning and that team. As much of a fan of Elway as I am, he was a good player, not a good business person.
Go to pro football reference and look up his stats.
I would prefer him over Drew Lock as I don't get that winning feeling with Lock.

The greatest part about Tebow is how religious he is and how he has pretty much devoted his life to Christ, God Bless you Tebow 🐐
