Very well explained but I have a doubt is it enough to be in calorie deficit to lose fat ?Should I have to increase protein also?I mean having protein less than 20% and having more carbs?I am a vegetarian I am unable to get enough protein without increasing carbs as all vegetarian sources of protein have more carbs except for dairy products and soy.Please clarify
