2006 Subaru Forester Drivers Door Electric Window Motor Replacement

In this video I swap out the Subaru's broken drivers door electric window motor for a brand new one. But it wasn't as straight forward as it should of been.

Damn I'm in the same place right now... I can't unscrew the bolts and ended up rounding one.. I have no idea how am I going to remove that annoying motor..

You will probably have to remove the window glass and remove the complete mechanism to get the bolt out, Unless you have a dremel tool or some sort of small power file to get up inside the door and attempt to grind the head off the bolt.
