    Looks simple and tasty! Of the 2 ingredients I don't have the lemon pepper, parsley, chili flakes, olive oil or whole lemons. But I have the fish!

    This is a wonderful baked fish recipe. I've prepped it for the oven (5/9/2023), this is my second time cooking it. Lemon pepper is wonderful for fish, I used the two ingredients, also the red pepper flakes, really enhances the flavor. Thank you.

Please also include the metric measurements even if in writing . It'll get you more audience especially from Europe and Africa. Thank you. 🇿🇦

Dry fish, flip in oil while seasoning, pop in oven. My question though, do you have something as easy as this for oven baked catfish fillets? thanks so much!

      Actually, 5 ingredients: fish, olive oil, Lemon pepper, parsley, and chili flakes. But definitely tastier than just 2 ingredients.

    • @tengkahman6850
      @tengkahman6850 ปีที่แล้ว

      I think, that's because:
      Chili flakes > optional, if you dont like it hot and spicy, no need to add chili flakes.
      Lemon > if you want dryer and crisper result, no need to add lemon.
      Oil > usually if you want to bake fish or chicken, you know to drizzle oil on top of fish or chicken and oil the tray. But, if you don't like it to be oily, you can omit oil.
      That's only my guess based on my 20 years cooking experience.

      You can pat the fillets dry and prep them for the oven in 2 minutes. Once they are in the oven baking, you are free to make the rest of the meal or do as you please. If you think about it, it's not too hard to "get". ;-)
