As a cirrhotic patient experiencing right upper abdomen and back pain, it's crucial to seek immediate medical attention to ensure her safety and address any complications.❤️
@laaradee It's true that excessive fructose consumption has been linked to non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD), and there's ongoing research about the potential risks. As for vitamin C, while it's generally safe, in very high doses, it can increase the risk of kidney stones in some individuals. It's essential to be informed about these potential effects to make balanced dietary choices and manage health effectively. Always consult a healthcare professional for personalized advice.
Yes, reducing alcohol intake can be crucial for liver health, especially if you're experiencing liver pain. Excessive drinking can lead to liver damage, including conditions like fatty liver, hepatitis, or cirrhosis. Cutting back on alcohol, staying hydrated, and maintaining a balanced diet can help your liver heal and function properly. If the pain persists, it's important to consult a healthcare professional to assess the cause and get appropriate treatment.

Like the kidneys.
Why does it hurt then?
@@debbiekaras2841 because when liver is expanding (because its sick) its crushing tissue around it
