    Story of my dad 1992
My father suffered from stomach pains for a whole year but never went to see doctor , thinking it was some kind of indigestion. But over time it got serious as he became constipated and a very swollen stomach so eventually he did have a proper check up after many months . The doctor diagnosed as last stages of liver cirrhosis. The whole family was devastated.. But we managed to bring him over to Uk for treatment, with the hope that he may survive. His condition worsened during flight and the plane had to be diverted as emergency landing in Germany, where he died two days later .
We look back and think no one had the knowledge of how serious these minor pains can be .My dad throughout his life never had alcohol.avoided sugar and had healthy lifestyle but still ended up with such terrible health issue .
Today we come across these remedies .They may not be the cure but they can be helpful to reduce the symptoms of the disease

People would not believe the progress my husband and I have both made since I came across Dr. Bergs channel. We are taking the Electrolyte, the Tocotrienols, the gallbladder kit and the Magnesium Bisglycinate. My husband is fighting liver disease and I am dealing with thyroid, kidney and gastrointestinal problems. We have been going to doctors several times a week for over a year. We are both in our 70's and appreciate everything we have learned from Dr. Berg in such a short time. Thank you so much sir. You are a blessing.💕

I'm one of those people who believes that there's a deeper, more nefarious agenda regarding the food industry. The fact that there are vegetable oils in so many items and that we're taught that carbs are to be the bulk of our diet per the food pyramid....it's very interesting and noteworthy that a pyramid is used. Some will know what I mean. It's maddening.

So true! From my experience you cannot tell people either. They are happy to carry on, eating the same way as for the last 40 to 50 years, having health issues. Popping tablets, whining about their rheumatoid arthritis, blood pressure, pre-diabetic condition, etc. And they still tell me that fasting and eating a low carb diet is bad for me.

I have had liver issues for years, moderate NAFL and multiple growths in the liver. A liver dr told me the pain on my right side was not from the liver! I have been taking milk thistle since 2016 and am up to 1500 mg/day but it was loosing effect. I also take tumeric and ginger but my health was still declining. Last december I added severe headache, confusion and poor balance to my symptoms. I had to take a nap at noon because of the headache! Drs said to take more pain relivers! I added TUDCA and am now improving! My right shoulder pain has gone down to where I can do push ups again! I can now climb a ladder and work on things! BTW I am 65 and did not think I would have lived much longer. Thanks for the life saving help!

I’m in a lot of pain from inflammation. I have lost my gallbladder and appendix and now this fatty liver. I don’t drink at all. My diet has been decent, but at time, I get bad with snacking. I consider myself active and healthy. I am in so much pain today, it hurts when I cough below to the right side and below the right rib. It doesn’t help that I got COVID recently, then I got the stomach flu, sore throat. Been taking pain relief pills but it seems to worsen the inflamed liver more. I’m going to try your suggestions tonight. I’m in near tears, but hanging in there. Wish me luck universe. Positive affirmation. Thanks for sharing this knowledge! I’m in pain and wanting to change. As this pain progressed over the last two years, it bugs me even when I hit the gym, when I play sports, or sit at work, stand at work, go for walks with my family, and or do anything active. I’m tired of all the ongoing constant pain.Doctors don’t know what to do. I need to change and take action on my own. I’m em really tired after theses last few years from battling this pain. Sorry for venting. I need to tell someone.

Hello Dr.Berg! Thank you very much for all the valuable information and the protocols you are sharing with us! I have been diagnosted with Hep C 23 years ago, most likely from a blood trunsfusion. 3 years later a stone the size of a hazel nut was found in my gall bladder and I had it removed, so no gall bladder. I have been having digetion issues ever since, half an hour after almost every meal, mostly breakfast, I would have lower abdomen pain and a bowel movement which most of the time was loose. I have been following you for almost 2 months now and I did make the shake with kale, blueberries, kefir and water for 2 weeks. After the first day of having 2 cups of the shake I started to feel improvement. Also, this summer I started to have really serious skin issues and the fam physician said that it is candida. I knew it was caused by my liver. It's getting better now but, about one week in the shake, I started to have itchiness at the base of the nose and it is really bad. I feel like it is too personal to describe all the symptoms I had before and how much I improved after, but my digestion and stools improved very much. I am 73 and I have been very careful with my eating, I started to see a naturopathic doctor ever since I learned about Hep C. I took on and off Milk Thistle, Vit C IV's. And, I will continue with the kale shake and introduce more cruciferous vegetable in my diet. Thank you for all the information in this video, as well. Will start taking D3 again and the other supplements.

It took me ages to realise my liver was inflamed. I kept getting blurry vision after each meal, I had bowel issues which I though was leaky gut, sibo or candida, I rarely had the energy to concentrate, late at night I would be extremely depressed, also when I lied down and breathed in it felt like there was a weight on my chest. All I had to do to fix it was lower my sodium intake, it turns out 2-3 times the recommended amount takes its toll over time. Within just a few days a lot of my symptoms disappeared. Its crazy how salt never gets talked about anymore only sugar, but its just as bad in large amounts and they sneak it into lots of things.

7 years ago, I was diagnosed with fatty liver non alcohol, non drug related. My Gastro doctor said he couldn't explain it. One thing that stood out on my labs was my thyroid test. It was flagged, but my doctor ignored it. Prescribed statins and blood pressure meds. Last year, my health tanked. My thyroid levels were overt hypothyroidism. I am on Levothyroxine now and have been for 6 months, but my liver has taken a severe beating. I am trying all kinds of supplements hoping to fix this mess. My liver stays inflamed. I am currently on gluten free as well. I suspect Hashimoto's due to autoimmune vitiligo. My antibodies were not checked. I currently take Tumeric/Curcumin, Resveratrol, EGCG, Selenium, Vit D3, Milk Thistle, Vit K2 MK7, Krill Oil, B Complex liquid, L-Glutamine, Co-Q10, Scullcap.

Your videos are very helpful I subscribed, like and save everytime I watch.
I have had sharp liver pains since I was in elementary school growing up in the early seventies. I told my father and he said it's just gas, I told my mother and she said, you look good.
The pain persisted my whole life and I took Ibuprofen on a regular basis until I threw up everything I ate. in my late 30's My doctor took blood, an x ray, c scan and discovered my inflammation was very high and my liver and spleen were swollen and to stop taking Ibuprofen.
I am now in my mid fifties and when you said "Non alcoholic liver disease" was a big eye opener! I drink but not everyday to excess and never got into drugs and don't smoke. Every doctor I have seen go right to your an "alcoholic stop drinking". When I told them I have had this pain since I was a child they said "we treat you now" disregarding my medical history records I gave them. In the end I didn't get any treatment or advise.
I am not the only person who had more bad medical advice than good which is why most people don't want to get the vaccine. I got it though as it is a global problem. Also feeling it is a Patriotic duty to protect ourselves and those around us as our military does putting their life on the line.
So your watchable and plain english videos help a lot and are my go to source.

Thank you for this. I am hypothyroid. I'm positive I had symptoms as far back as early 30's (currently early 50's) but Dr's always said I was too young. When I was mid-40's and about to have a nervous breakdown, my Dr finally put me on levothyroxine. Got me in 'range'. Did nothing for symptoms. An integrative health Dr switched me to Armour a couple years later and that helps much better. However, it wasn't until this past year that I learned fatty liver can cause hypothyroid so THAT needs to be dealt with FIRST. And that's where I am now. Long story short, always research for yourself and never be afraid of getting more than one opinion.

I suffered from fatigue, horrible skin problems, planter fasciitis, neuropathy, right shoulder and neck pain and headaches, eye twitch, cysts in my joints on my hands and anger issues ( which you might address at some point as anger is associated with liver !) I had belly fat that I could never get rid of.I was losing my ability to walk and had bouts of vertigo. Leg cramps and excruciating pain in my IT bands. I had lived in chronic pain most of my life. I was always an active person who thought that I ate pretty healthfully and got lots of exercise as I have a farm and train horses for a living but at 60 I could barely function. Thank god I tripped over your videos. I’m now well on my way back to life! It’s really astounding that the health care industry knows very little about health!! i possibly had gi tract and liver problems because i was feeling nausea and vomiting often but not immediately after eating and i was experiencing bloatedness and pain throughout the digestive tract throughout the day.
this lasted a few weeks even on an improved diet.
i added more vegetables and much less sugar.
    not the best diet,
    but still much improved.
my symptoms improved a bit but not enough.
    then i started fasting.
what helped the most was fasting.
i stopped getting nausea and vomiting and then the bloatedness and pain stopped.
nothing can beat fasting when it comes to organ recovery.
    in my experience,
nothing comes even remotely close to fasting.
and dry fasting is much better than water fasting.

Being drinking for 42 years every single day very heavily ( beer mostly) the medical industry I don’t trust. These magnets have also helped my inflammation in my teeth to the point of fixing potential extractions. Oh! @LouisaBittick At any good magnet supplier. I use two 3x2x 3/4inch thick ferrite block magnets placed together North Pole side of magnet towards area. All you need is a strong magnetic field which stimulates the blood flow through the liver and works immediately. The liver has amazing ability to heal if given the chance. The liver seems to respond to magnetic therapy but seems to be ignored by the powers to be. Careful not to put pressure on the area when sleeping with the magnet position it so that won’t happen. Also you can use during the day by massaging the area with the magnet

When I had Covid in 2022, my liver was hurting. Once Covid was gone, so was my liver pain. However, the pain came back and I’ve had it ever since. When I say pain, it’s low level, more like a soreness and kinda comes and goes. I have been on keto since 2018 and just started Carnivore. Not sure if that was a good idea or not….

Tried your B complex delivery, with inositol. Works very well. Been feeling very good since starting them.

@@healthyketoexperiment7964 Ha a 3-month phone doc appt this morning. Can't say how long I've felt this good. Something in this supplement group that has me just lit. BUT, not losing weight. I'm more of a Fuhrman go-to for huge results.
