We make this same curry in different combinations ( with very little tamarind water)
1. Drumstick and koch ulli
2. Fried brinjal and potato
3. Only potato
4. Cabbage and potato
All these combinations taste good- especially with chapathi
( but we grind in mixie only bcoz we dont have that stone) Grinding on that stone, reminds me of my grandmother and my mom, when I was very young
