    I’ve washed my hair with water for years and for me it’s so much better than using shampoo. I honestly don’t see why people would think any less just using water, it’s perfectly natural and healthy…. But in saying that it might not work for some, especially if the water they get isn’t great.

    I think if you have thinner hair and have a normal scalp this might work for you. I’ve tried doing it and my hair is thick and wavy and this just made my hair stiff and a little itchy. Over all it definitely depends on your hair and scalp type

    • @treyton
      @treyton ปีที่แล้ว +8

      I think more so it depends on how oily your hair is? I have super thick and wavy hair and before I felt with even just shampooing 2 times a week my hair was left super dry and I had a lot of dandruff but now I haven't been shampooing for a month and it feels so much better, but definitely depends on multiple factors

    I haven't used shampoo for about 8 months, and it just feels so much better. The natural oils feel nice and like you, I can sculpt it and shape it without pomade. Moreover, it is more consistent. When I used to put gel in my hair, sometimes I didn't get the right amount in there and it looked off. Now, I have basically the same amount of natural oil in my hair and it almost always looks good.

      Even if u only wash with water, you have to really massage your scalp with your fingera and wash your scalp so to speak like if you were using shampoo, that prevents acne on your scalp.
      Also shampoo your hair once a week would be best for you. I have oily skin too and i found that to be the best balance.

      Have you tried washing only with water? You still have to wash your hair at least three times a week, but only with water. If you don't wash your hair, it will be nasty and gross. But ONLY with water. Nothing else. After two weeks, your hair will stabilize with the natural oils in your hair and you will be fine. Bad shampoo can lead to thinning and baldness in the hair, and can make it appear to be lifeless.

    Thank you very much for the video, I’ve seen it a week ago and stopped using shampoo the same day (I coincidentally ran out at that time) and the results have been amazing so far. I have very fine hair and I’ve always had problems styling them, they usually just stuck to my skull (especially after wearing a hat) which made me look like a slimy movie villain. But for the last week, my hair has been more voluminous, stiff and easier to style. I wash it about every three days with warm water and that seems to do the trick, my hair is not greasy or smelly even though I’ve been to the gym and gotten it sweaty. I would recommend it to everyone wandering whether to try it or not.

    since covid I stopped caring about showering - but I wash my hands and that's pretty much it. I do use aloe if my hair gets bad - and that was once in the past year. I started this because of a concussion that left me in bed for 8 months - no anything except sleep pretty much and didn't get dirty - so I kept stretching it to now. If you don't get dirty you don't need to wash and even if you do - the dirt eventually falls off. I care more about cleaning from the inside out - so if I'm really dirty, I'll eat some greens, bananas, protein, etc. and the dirt flicks right off. One time I did add rice protein to my super damaged hair and it's been fine after that.

      I’ve used water for a long time now but my brothers have always used products. They’ve all gone bald, just like our dad did and yet I still have a very good thick crop of hair. All though it’s going white, it’s still there… but it might just be a coincidence. Sweat and dust will collect just the same with or without products. If anything using water keeps all the good oils on your head and you might find you sweat less because the skin is naturally hydrated and not by chemicals, but that’s just my own theory.

I've never been active in my use of deodorant, and the only time I really get a comment about my odour is when I've been to the gym, and even then, that was during puberty. t. The main reason for its mainstream use was due to advertising saying that the natural odour we give off is unsophisticated, with it even then only being something pushed onto women initially.

    Thank you for making this!!!
    I been using shampoo for 20+ years, It's time for me to not and hopefully I get my actual hair colour which is blond.
    The shampoo kills your natural scalp

    The most important question: did it slow down hair loss if you had any?

      I haven’t washed my hair besides water for over a month. My hair loss basically stopped. I used to pull hair out just brushing my fingers through my hair. My hair is also much softer and curlier and less frizzy like when I used shampoo. Highly reccomend

      @@FifthFingerFury How do you wash your hair and stop it from being extra oily? I have medium length straight oily hair

    • @anthonyramos6168
      @anthonyramos6168 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@Zohairshanteer try combing your hair out out if it gets really oily ussually what I heard was hair gets oily fast because you might shampoo too much and shampoo dries your hair and scalp so to compensate your scalp pumps a lot of oils but what I suggest is try to slowly use shampoo less and less until u completely cut it out but also minimize the amount of shampoo you use I hope this helps

    I heared that In general people who keep looking young are becoming pretty old. But not sure if it's true or a myth
