I use one everyday but also thinking of getting rid of GoPro for good, 50% of the time the camera lets me down(stops recording randomly, camera didn't turn on when pressing the button, date/time reset for no good reason etc...) GoPro isn't the same company that they used to be.
very true video... You just nailed it abt issues of go pro its all true. I purchased insta360 ace n im really happy with all features n very intelligent features and its far more advance than gopro.
I can vouch for your genuine honesty Rembo🫡 Sure, I give you stick about everything Ducati related, but your integrity cannot be questioned. Cheers & keep us posted 👌
Hey Rembo! Thanks for sharing. Ok, I am new to the MC video game, so went all in and for Christmas my wife bought me an Insta 360 X3. For me complicated, but goes with the territory. What I like about it is the 360 view with the art being the editing. Well, still experimenting with set up, and the weather hasn't been the greatest here in the northern climes! Went out for a couple of hours a couple of weeks ago with it mounted on my Multi's handle bars, so very very much impressed; learning the ropes. I went the Insta 360 route based on your review last year, and have not been disappointed. As you stated, credibility is key, so thank you for that. Anyways, this endeavor will keep me occupied! Thank you again! Take care and ride safe brother! Dave
Hey Dave, thank you for letting us know how you are making out with your X3. The ace pro is also a great product, although used for a different purpose such as my Moto vlogging
Hello. I am a small time you tuber and have recently switched to the ace pro as well. The only problem i have is with the weight. i am consistently having the mounts on my helmet pulling off. I use the standard go pro mounts as i still use my hero 7 and 8. I'm not sure why this is happening. I have never had the problem with the 7 or 8. I have tried the chin mounts but in the Arizona heat they wont stay on. that is another story though... any ideas for my helmet mounts on the ace pro? Btw way i also have a gopro 11 black and hate it. audio is a big problem anything past the 8 series for me.
Hey Randy, I hear you on the weight issue with the Ace Pro. Instead of fighting with helmet mounts, especially in that Arizona heat, you might want to try mounting it directly to the bike. It’ll give you a more stable shot and take the stress off your helmet. The GoPro 11’s audio can be a pain, so sticking with what works for you makes sense. Good luck, man, and keep those vids coming!
You don't have to buy the media mod. GoPro makes a stand-alone microphone adapter. Ace Pro doesn't have better audio. You can buy a removable snapon mount for Gopro also. The battery does not last longer than GoPro. Your arguments are pointless. The preview remote is another $150. Ace Pro is way too expensive. You don't mention any of the Ace Pro's drawbacks. This is absolutely a biased review.
I can’t disagree with you more. And the cumbersome GoPro has seen its day. Without any adjustability for audio, the GoPro is practically useless. I am very happy with my choice.
Do you plan on using an action camera anytime soon?

@@RemboUSMC Audio can be adjusted in post editing. And you call the GoPro Cumbersome? The Ace Pro is way bigger.
