i have a 06 corolla and ive always wanted to watch someone modify that car when noone can and seeing you put a turbo on and modify it is amazing and i want to do a similar thing as well to show that the car doesnt matter but the effort.... I also hope to see the dyno test u mentioned soon

@@brixson7641yeah we hit about 210, before the clutch starting slipping badly. Now that I have a new clutch definitely plan to tune it for some more power!
The seems pretty good for only 6psi. I think 10-12 psi would be a blast. It gets addicting though. An aftermarket clutch is probably in your future. My golf is at 28 psi and the factory clutch said “nope!” Lol

Yeah for 6PSI its pretty good. Plan to up the boost soon. I had just replaced my clutch with a stage 3+ from Spec.
Good to see you driving around in it with the turbo back on. I took my 2009 Corolla Turbo S out for a good drive the other day too. It always puts such a smile on my face. I'm running 8.5psi on my setup just to keep the engine happy. I've been told to not go past 12psi on the stock internals. I've not done any pulls from a stop since I still have the OEM clutch on mine and to be honest I don't care about the 0-60 time. It pulls hard and I would guess about a 6 second 0-60 time. What size exhaust did you install? I did a 3" exhaust on mine. If you want 250whp you will have to turn up the boost. I'm at 205whp and 230bhp and it's a lot of fun. I've never felt the desire to turn up the boost TBH. If I want to go faster I'll drive my GR Corolla. 😎😍🔥

@@garrettbeard4493 It's great having it since it's also so much fun to drive. I love driving it on nice days that I want to enjoy the sunroof open and it also still gets 35+ mpg on the highway, better than the GRC!

I wanted to say about your gauge cluster. Replace that broken part and pre drill the holes. I installed a Velourmat on my dash to clean up the look of it too. You should be set that way. 👍
Love watching this car progress, keep up the vids man, 1 thing I will say, which was previously said by would look in to an clutch upgrade as you start to push the boost levels. Also would recommend putting your intake where it can cooler air.

I see in the video you asked what we want to see. I personally would like to see some in car on some backroads. I see your area looks like Florida and backroads arent as good as more northern, but still it would be cool to see a backroad cruise with another car or something. Either way all the content is good!

I get that flashing TC light all the time because of my o2 - my Corolla is straight piped so it’ll always be there, just reset the codes that’s what I do lol 😂
Yeah, I just tend to clear mine every once in a while! It’s annoying that a dumb codes will trigger the TC to come on!

@@brandonrae4149 yes you do, I had a piggyback harness with an AEM FIC with a tune, that had a base tune loaded on it.

I have this same car, it does have auto headlights. Mine is auto trans though.

I don't want to call them automatic lights, Because they are not advertised as that. But I keep it on the same setting and never have to touch them!

I'm wondering if you need to upgrade the fuel pump and injectors. I know it's a required mod for many turbos from stock parts. One advantage with turbos is they usually love stock cams.

my car feels like it's dying at high rpm it's not going ratatata it just takes a lot of hiccups when I clutch in and shift it doesn't keep going it just slows down like when you feel your car has no fuel. Anyone anything on that please?

It’s fun having a turbo 😂But it’s pain in the butt installing it 🤦♂️It makes good sounds of turbo but not much if your gonna push high HP
