Great video, I had injector circuit error code come up on my scanner. Never changed injectors before but have a 1.6 skoda similar to yours, so I'm tempted to give it a go using your video :)
It was from ebay. Can't remember if the listing said anything about warranty to be honest. I've used injectors from this seller before without issues though. Good communication too.
@@AllOverTheWorld-ht9rlis the scan tool easy enough to use? As thinking of getting one as the cost of that and the recon injector would still be way less than the quote you got.
@djgoode yeah it's a doddle to use mate. Well worth owning one. I would buy a icarsoft pro max if I was going to buy a new one now, as you get free updates for life

@AledRoberts-k7e you definitely should..I was quoted a fortune to do one injector. It's a really easy job
Thanks for the video. How much torque should I put on the fuel injector? 7nm?
@powersacrifice1410 best double check but I believe it was 7nm and 180 degrees
Lots of common sence shown here, however was any warranty given with the recon fuel injector if so how long?

@@AllOverTheWorld-ht9rl Thank you
The hardest part is getting the injector out and I have no idea how you did it.
Warm engine to start, then just wriggle it out. You can get a special tool injector puller. I was lucky and didn't need one in this case.
