They are very hardworking! I also smile whenever someone of them smiles during their amazing works!
thanks for watching
You guys will never run out of work
Tetap semangat dan sehat slalu amiin
They do a great job sitting down And good use of their feet . Talent
My Heart goes out to these hard working diligent workers. Sad that they dont have some very Basic safety gear like Masks, safety shoes etc. Inhaling that rubber dust, toxic fumes all day will affect their long term health. Owners please show some consideration to the worker's safety and well being. God bless them. They are the true heroes of recycling.
Great recycling, at the cost of the health of the workers.
The factory is rudimentary but produces many great products. Thank you for sharing.
thanks for watching
Making new tryres great workmanship
Great workmanship guys
Wow, this video is really well done! It's fascinating to see the intricacies of tire making. but I can't help but wonder if such a traditional process can keep up with the demand for more eco-friendly materials. what do you all think?
The probability of an accident happening is very high. Workers without safety equipment, such as boots, gloves, and ear protectors, make this work very dangerous. May God bless these men.
- bau karet

- sirkulasi udara
- kebersihan lingkungan kerja
keep safety!!!
this video was super fascinating! i really appreciate the effort that goes into making tricycle tires. but honestly, i wonder if it's ethical to still be using such basic, labor-intensive methods when there are more efficient and eco-friendly alternatives out there. what do you all think?

Awesome 😎💯👌👌👌👌
These people arent fools, they would have safety built into the process, understanding that injury would let their dependants down... They get the job done without a cafuffle... And they dont seem unduly distressed.
Western culture has become a "what if" fear cult.
Maybe you couldnt do it... But guess what, they can !!!
Cudos to real men...
wow, what an impressive look into the tire-making process! it's fascinating to see how these tricycle tires are created from scratch. but honestly, I wonder if there’s enough focus on sustainability in these types of factories? I mean, it seems like a lot of resources are used - what do you all think?
this video was super interesting and really well made! i never realized how much work goes into making something as simple as a tricycle tire. but honestly, do we really think these tires are as eco-friendly as they should be? with all the rubber and waste involved, it makes me wonder if local factories are doing enough to minimize their environmental impact. what do you guys think?
If he had good protective gear, his health would be much better. You guys work very hard.
I noticed no one was using PPE.
this video is super interesting and really well-made! i love seeing how things are crafted from the ground up. but honestly, i wonder if there are more sustainable methods that could be used in tire production. i mean, with all the plastic waste issues we're facing, shouldn’t we be looking for greener alternatives?
I find it amazing how that old man is able to walk barefoot in that floor 😮
No gloves 🧤
Pose his fået, Bülow.. 😮

I’d have thought that ground would have metal splinters everywhere!
@rapido2963 it probably is
this video is super interesting, and i appreciate the effort put into showcasing the process. however, i can't help but wonder if making tires this way is really sustainable in the long run. it seems like there might be better alternatives out there that could reduce waste and be more eco-friendly. what do you guys think?

wow, this video is really well-made and super interesting! it's amazing to see the whole process of making tricycle tires from scratch. but honestly, i feel like the focus on local factories might romanticize the conditions some workers face. i wonder if we should also highlight the need for better working environments while appreciating the craftsmanship. what do you all think?

wow, this video was super fascinating! the craftsmanship involved is really impressive. but honestly, I wonder if the environmental impact of producing these tires is being considered enough. I mean, is manufacturing them this way sustainable in the long run? just a thought!
wow, this video really showcases the craftsmanship involved in making tricycle tires - such a unique process! but i have to say, while it's impressive, isn’t it a bit concerning that a lot of these local factories might not prioritize sustainability? it feels like we should be looking for more eco-friendly options in manufacturing too. just a thought!
this video is really impressive! it's fascinating to see the whole process of making tricycle tires from scratch. that said, I wonder if the materials used are as eco-friendly as they should be. it might spark more conversation about sustainability in manufacturing. what do you think?
Resourceful..❤
this video was super interesting and really well made. i love seeing how things are made from scratch! but honestly, isn’t it a bit concerning how labor-intensive this process seems? i wonder if there are more efficient methods out there that could save time and resources. what do you all think?
country of talents, pakistan
Safety is paramount
Amazing job nice
Tin drums they love em😊
I TOO WOULD LIKE TO MAKE SOME TRICYCLE TIRE FROM SCRATCH. CAN YOU TELL ME PLEASE WHERE I CAN PURCHASE SOME SCRATCH ? THANK YOU YODI.
Terima kasih informatinya..
Excellent way of creating Employment

Is amazing!!!!!!...awesome!!!!!!
Job security seems to prevail regardless of health and safety concerns for these hard working people
Wow, this video is really well made! It’s fascinating to see how tricycle tires are made from scratch. I have to admit though, I’m a bit skeptical about the environmental impact of such manufacturing processes. Shouldn’t we be looking into more sustainable options instead? Just a thought!
Amazing
So these people are still living in the 7th century and development is still at a standstill
A lot of the comments are about safety shoes, has anyone ever seen a guy from India wear any kind of shoes? All they wear are sandals no matter where they go or do.
What is the metal can for?? I mean the round boxes they make for half the video..

I remenber when L worked as Second Engineer in an English ship , forty years ago , how the company hired pakistanies mechanics to overhaul an auxiliary motor that was to expensiv to repair in LES CHANTIERS DE LA CIUTAT. In Marseille. They manage to do it on board at sea and the results were good , and the price for the company ten times cheaper…So these aparently clumsy worker are not that bad…
Merci !!
😃🤙 very good workers
i deleted my comment, i see you beat me to the other. you all really aught to look around online and see what real factories look like. what is incredible is how hard these people work for who knows how little reward.
nothing personal meant at all.
i see these are hard workers and very busy. they deserve a lot of credit. its a shame they have to work in these conditions with dilapidated antiquated machines.
just imagine, if the owner, boss whatever, invested some into the workers and process.
he would have the proudest workers in the country.
possibly get the best people wanting to work there
improve production unimaginably
and set an example for the rest
i worked all my working years in shops these guys would give their lives to work in.
and i thought they were dives and sucked.
again, i mean nothing personal. i apologize for my mean comment i made before.
The invests....in a new Mercedes-Benz for himself😂😂😂😂😂

@@jeandechabrier3998 right, and new sheets and sandals.
Seems to me the health and safety of these hardworking workers are of secondary importance to the factory owners/s. No protective work gear (overalls, safety glasses, masks, safety shoes/boots, gloves etc). This factory is a health and safety hazard for the workers. Disgusting!
I thought my job was hard 😮
Nr12 em dia!
Sangat keren bolo
Dudes hands are like leather 😳
Now I want an ingredients label on my tires and wheels.
Why, are you you planning to cook something ?
@@regd.2263 ingredients, shit and junk shipped to them from places around the world where it is illegal to dump. these countries take them because they have no restrictions on hazardous waste so they get paid to take it then let the poverty-stricken play with it.
tiny bit of rocks will be included. and technology was like from 1980's tire manufacturers.
@@UNBIASEDCOMMENT the tech is not even close to 1980s. its probably closer to 1940s or 50s. these people use obsolete machinery that has been junked by other countries. someone pays these countries to dispose of this trash and the materials are then sold to be recycled. possibly because they have no more room to dump it.
sad thing is the person who capitalizes the most is some rich american who gets paid to get rid of the trash, then makes a ton of money having the product shipped back and uses it to make "new" stuff.
the ways of the world my friend. makes me proud to be an american.

Very interesting. Great job guys!
Thanks for watching 😊
Our government agencies would never let the USA produce wheel/ture assembly this way. Incredible, no safety sandles? Putting the rubber sheets in the blue grinding machine could be quit dangerous. Get your hand caught in some of that material. Instantly snatched into the chipping machine. Your nicknamed Stumpy the rest of your life 😢
you don't say.
Where do you live ????
Safety is expensive. The workers in question are doing the best they can with what they have. Life is a struggle.
@@sailor7557So safety is an expense now? And human life? Expendable? You rubber brain.
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Not only is it a tire factory, it's also a producer of OSHA violations.
Looks more like lawn mower wheels than tricycle wheels
Why not show the completed wheel with tyre?
I bet these guys make as much money from TH-cam as they are selling their wares.

what did the metal have to do with it jw and how is then molds do not use a release agent jw nice job though 😎😎
Even the clothes that they wear are very hazardous to their job, they don't even wear leather gloves for their hands protection. 😢😢😢😢
So why the hell do we bother having all these regulations for cleaner industrial processes in Europe, if Countries like this are still polluting like we were 150 years ago?
Some will obviously say they are recycling, but I disagree as the processes are dirtier, and the crap that's made is even harder to recycle safely afterwards.
We go to so many lengths to make sure industrial processes are as clean and economic as possible, which costs us all billions per year, and we do it to make sure there's a future for further generations. These countries don't give a flying rats fart about anything other than money, and would think nothing of burning a few thousand tons of waste every day.
On top of this, we donate millions in aid to these countries, who don't even try to change processes, and just carry on bloating the atmosphere.
Sick of it. Additionally, somebody will unwittingly buy this crap and the cycle continues.
