Why i try do this for the first exercise and then round two i cant
Make Shooting tutorials how to hit the target everytime bottom and top corners
One advice to make your accuracy much better is to put targets in those corners like a bottle(for the bottom corner) or a t shirt (for the top corner). Try do this with the correct Shooting technique as well
I’m gonna do an update for doing this I’m gonna try and do this two times a week while doing other football trainings I’ll update in a month
If you do this every day will you get abs in about a month or two
