@@CarlJohnson-rr5zj wrong that won’t improve ur game fitness and stamina u need to be doing interval runs because ur constantly changing pace and direction in a game so u have to train for that

I think your videos are good but do we really need to have ads throughout the whole workout. It really messes up the flow of it when I have to stop in the middle of a rep and skip the ad. I get it you gotta make money but maybe just put the ads at the beginning and end rather than 3-4 within the whole video on top of that. Thanks
