    I need this information because my food weigh machine not working properly from two days..and in past two days I eat too much calories...I hope this food plating technique works for me..thank u so much for this vedio..keep it on healthyfyme..😊😊👍🏻👍🏻

    I lost 4kg in 2months. After logging my last weight, the food tracker decreased my calories to 1300 per day from 1350cal. I walk about 6km and do cardio mostly at night. When i finish my exercise at night, the app calculate my calories again and ask me to eat 1400 cal per day. I cant increase my dinner because i am prediebetic. How can i make meal plam in advance as i dont know i will do the cardio exercises or not. Depends how my day will go.

      I think one month you should free train to weight loss...than from 2nd month to result people should pay the money.
