I work out 3-5 times a week. I'd say my biggest issue why I don't see the progress I want is due to diet.
Absolutely 🙌 Nutrition is #1… and then pair that with a combination of cardio and weight. Weight training is the more important of the two.

Put garlic butter, salt and a pinch (A PINCH) of sugar on them. You get about 50-100 more calories but it makes eating the vegetables a lot easier.
