Seriously this show really made me learn so much. Everyone was focusing on their staff reaction while i was totally amazed towards the two bosses talk. They think like an entreprenuer think (which they are). That's why the company is so famous and got many profit.
But seriously the way I look at this she seems to be a great boss with the detailing and how she handles her employees is great. She seems considerate to me tho. I like this kind of content ❤
yea, though sometimes employee might feel that he's in the sweet spot (manageable workload + good paycheck) and don't want a promotion with additional responsibilities.. I wonder what the bosses gonna do with that kind of employee?
It all the relationship and experience, he is the only one that they trust ! Even you want the job but have no relationship or experience before is a no-no
Bosses alway give sudden workloads to that one particular person he/she really trust. They keep saying we believe in your capabilities. But actually i trust you with this workload on you. I believe in you. But to us employee, it's a burden to us. I prefer stay the same where i am.
You would get sued if you were fired and worked in the way that she described here in the US, especially in NY. I think it’s great to be passionate about your job where you want to give a 100% even after work hours but there’s boundaries that should be set....felt bad for her team who had traveled and worked for 30 hours and she still called them up at 11:30pm to get more work done
Didnt realise that Korean contracts and Chinese contracts have that "superiority" ingrained. I remember being shocked when seeing a Chinese sample contract too, because it's just not in English contracts nowadays
I don’t understand why they don’t want to go to new york lol. it is one hell of an opportunity that isn’t given a lot. there are things you have to consider like family and moving to a different country, but it can be better for your family too. it will diversify their children’s education and help them become fluent in a foreign language. Plus for the director who goes there will make tons of connections and have built the new branch practically from the ground up. think their directors should be striving to improve more lol. they seem too pleased with where they currently are
It's so perfect with The Devil Wears Prada theme in the background, but CEO Kim is so much better than Miranda. Definitely miss her segments on the show
I just realised now after some research that its not park na are hosting the show 😂 im sorry but they look so much alike even now I have a hard time believing it
Funny enough, Narae had to give Kim Sook (this host) a “makeover” in another Korean variety show where she had to disguise as someone. She even said it was easier since it was like “painting on a familiar canvas” or smth along those words.
I use to work from 4pm to 2am. Regular factory job. Suppose to be 4pm to midnight but my team was slow at their work:p but overall, depends in the job. Usually ppl in the us get off around 5.
Its understandable how they think to a certain point but its completly wrong as well they say ill give u work u can handle. but have they ever tested their employees on what they can actually handle and i dont mean on where they get two three hours of sleep. This way of thinking is toxic if u can do it do it if u cant then company is held back. Theyre not slaves to work like robots. Ask for reasonable things and if theres too much workload just hire more staff. dont strain the ones u have. seriously .
They aren't incorrect, if you can't take the pressure of the job, that isn't the CEO'S problem it's the employee's because at the end of the day there will always be that other person out there who could do the job much better and handle the given pressure a job entails
Because of money of course. Think about it. If they uploaded the video separately they will get more views and likes and comments Etc. The more money they got.
i don't live in new york so i can't be sure but i find it hard to believe that all companies over there work like that. like i'm sure they are probably a lot of workaholics, but maybe not to that extent? if you're from NY or work there, are the hours that long and is it that easy to get fired?
It's not as intense as she described. Companies want to retain employees to lower the turnover rate. It's not an easy decision to make, but when it happens, you can very easily be replaced. Also, I cannot tell you how many times I've ordered food with my boss and ate at work. I guess it depends on the company, but I've never heard of a company like that. Not to mention some employees opt-out of a sitting desk because it's better for your posture. No one gets there desk taken away lol that's an HR department nightmare.
Yea it’s not as cut throat here. Most competition comes from acquiring a job once you have one work hard and don’t screw up and it should be easy sailing. But I will say my dad works in the financial district in manhattan and eating inside is allowed but frowned upon socially and in terms of health. You’ve been in an office cube for 5 hours, go out into the streets for your break. Especially since it can get smelly with all the great exotics foods people can get and eat
"Mecca" is a very common English term used to describe a place that attracts people to it (like shopping malls). In fact that's the first (i.e. more common) definition in the Merriam-Webster dictionary, whereas the geographic city of Mecca in the Middle East is the second (i.e. less common) definition.
She is one incredible boss lady. I love that there are more women CEOs ... they are paving the way for women every where.

I mean there's reason why they both got to be a ceo rather than employee
When Sanga mentioned that CEO Kim needs a Dream Team, Choi started squirming 😆. Poor guy, but that means CEO Kim finds him competent and dependable
peko and wants him to live in meegook
yea, though sometimes employee might feel that he's in the sweet spot (manageable workload + good paycheck) and don't want a promotion with additional responsibilities.. I wonder what the bosses gonna do with that kind of employee?
I'm glad they decided to reupload with the longer videos for the non-korean speaking folks... there was a lot that was missed from the Sunday releases
The way Director Choi's boss stared at him and around, is me and my brothers when we're busted. 🙃
those 9 dislikes are Director Choi on 9 accounts
now, with 11 accounts..😂😂😂
He double it its now 22 accounts haha 😂
Feeling empowered after seeing these women CEOs
It all the relationship and experience, he is the only one that they trust ! Even you want the job but have no relationship or experience before is a no-no
Boss Kim is the best and ofcourse my favorite.
That’s how work and life supposed to be, i agree with the boss’

Is it just me? I feel like the two MC are teasing Boss Kim to Director Choi 😂😂😂 It's so cute 😂
She is the best boss...
CEO Kim is truly an executive boss here in this show. 💕💕💕💕
She's an Incredible Boss.
I hear some Paganini in the background! LING LING 40 hours
She is not wrong, it is really an opportunity.. XD Can i apply as her secretary? XD
Oh wow I wish I could work under bosses with such motivation and drive.

Which is how she has grown a successful brand and one of the tops model agencies in korea in less than 10 years.
director choi's face turned so red 😂
Didnt realise that Korean contracts and Chinese contracts have that "superiority" ingrained. I remember being shocked when seeing a Chinese sample contract too, because it's just not in English contracts nowadays
I like this. I stumbled upon this video but i’m loving it already.
I'd love to work in this company honestly

not only they are also boss twins by definition they are also similar age lmao
Boss Kim so beautiful 😘🌹❤.
5:19 boss kim is too cute
Love the idea of breaking the hierarchy terms
It's so perfect with The Devil Wears Prada theme in the background, but CEO Kim is so much better than Miranda. Definitely miss her segments on the show
Totally agree that in the office is less hierarchy in the western work environment but yes, ppl can be fired any time and gone in one day.
"The land of freedom" now thats hilarious

Even if you didn't make any mistake, they can still fire you due to many reasons like Company finance
ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ임대표님 한번 출연하셔야겠는데?? 카뤼스마 짱난아니당!! 멋있는데 우리 보스는 아니시길ㅎㅎㅎ

Will the full episode be posted though? 😢
아니 왜 뉴욕가기 싫어하죠? 어찌보면 완전 기회인데..
Don't everyone work to midnight? That can't be a New York thing
Hell no people go home at 4/5pm in europe
I use to work from 4pm to 2am. Regular factory job. Suppose to be 4pm to midnight but my team was slow at their work:p but overall, depends in the job. Usually ppl in the us get off around 5.
