I really respect boss kim. How she gives her 110% in every project she has. Altho to employees would feel it's a pain in the neck when ur boss is so detailed. But it is precisely she is so detailed that is why her company is the best! And the results naturally set them apart from others. Being the best is not just half ass work. It's hard work with sweat and pain! Respect all their hardwork. As it is also not easy to work with a boss that is so strict and meticulous. Kudos to all of them!
There's a reason why she doesn't mention things beforehand, like the thing with the drones. Because it's better that way tbh. When you have an idea you know will work, or think is worth trying, it's better to just do it yourself instead of discussing it with others beforehand. I've done it too, where I had discussions initially with my coworkers, and then just put something out without telling them beforehand, but they end up liking it, as well as the client. But if I discussed things beforehand, they would have felt unsure, and may have been clouded by their previous judgement to actually see the positives when the work is actually presented. Sometimes it's honestly better to force things onto people. They need to just accept the uncertainty. Even if it sounds like a tactic that is chaotic and inconsiderate, people often lack the confidence to do what they actually want. But when they go for the safe option, they can still fail. I think people forget that. Might as well take a risk, at least you have more guidance to figure out how to succeed. You have to believe that you actually can do it, and that you're capable of doing so. Even if the possibility is not 100%, which it never is lol.
I scrolled down the comments not knowing I would see the one comment I needed the most! I'm about to graduate, I'm really terrified seeing others (securing) safe options while I'm hoping to seek a different route. It's true that even safe options fail at times so might as well go for what we want. Thank you for sharing your wise words.

@@lemonadeue Hyeyeon didn't left, but hyunmoo did (after breaking up with han hyejin, they both left the show, but eventually hyejin came back and hyunmoo left the show for good.)

I just saw the stylists interview with nct and it took place at esteem
so they're all practically SM family
SM idols are a part of Esteem models. Esteem is a branch off of SM sort of like SM is the Superintendent and Esteem is one of their Principles.
They have a partnership program. Essentially SM helps promote their models in the music industry and in return Esteem promotes their artists as models. They also share an acting division together. Overall, they share resources with each other.
they work together, also SM idols get modeling lessons from esteem for photoshoots and stuff!
they ARE a family. if i'm not mistake, SM Ent is parent company of ESteem.
If I’m not mistaken ESteem has a high place and reputation in the Korean Pop industry too, I recall CEO Kim mentioning that ESteem taught ITZY how to walk onto stages

Boss kim is such an admirable woman, she gives a strong leadership. Such an inspiring career woman, although there are conflicts its part of the teamwork so the result will be better than 100% 👏🏻
Even though having her employees erase the floor might seem excessive, annoying, or like a power trip, I see it as another reason that I look up to Boss Kim! Her attention to detail shows her respect for the client, her work, and the consumers. Many of the decisions she’s made while on this show express her underlying respect for and thoughtful ethos about her craft. YOU GO BOSS KIM!
It's neither excessive nor annoying or power-trippy. It's called _attention to detail._
What is annoying is that it needed the CEO to point it out. That was the job of the little bearded guy, who rolled his eyes at Kim's arrival.
I cannot praise Director Choi enough, the fact that ceo Kim puts him beside ceo Han speaks volume how much trust she is giving this man, he was so friendly that he can hug ceo than at the end of the show. They were practically stranger before. Have to admid director Choi EQ is super high, he was the balancer,coil between those tiger ceos.

Of course, employees will feel burdened if their boss came to observe them but I think Boss Kim is different. She doesn't just come to the shoot to scold people (though it might seem like it). She comes to the shoot because she wants to make sure everything works out. She sees the little details immediately and thinks really quickly to fix these small problems. She has a quick and creative mind and her reaction time is amazing. I respect her so much.
I like how she utilizes their appearance in this show to add hype to her projects, LG would've loved the side promotion from this show
That's gotta be part of their (LG) consideration seeing as Boss Kim started on the show last year ☺️

Oh my gosh I’m a fan of I live alone and when I first discover this, I was wondering if hye hyeon was part of esteem. This is a cool collab for i live alone and han hye hyeoen fans ❤️
I have worked with someone like Boss Kim before. Man....it was tiring and so stressfull. He would say his idea in front of the client without discussing beforehand and we were surprised as well...in the end when the meeting was over we asked him "can we do that? How can we do that?" And he said "I dont know, we find our way to make it happen" and man....it was hell tried to find the way to make it happen...3 days before the deadline we didnt sleep at all 🤣🤣🤣 but the result was impressive. I was lucky to get boss like him on my early days. I hated the way he made us work but in the end of the day he was right. The knowledge and experience that I gain while working with people like them (Boss Kim and my ex boss) was very precious and help me tremendeously on my career until today.If you work with someone like them on your early days consider yourself lucky, you will hate them and feel thankful at the same time.
