If someone is paying for a meal, it’s normal to ask the person who’s paying before ordering. That guy sneakily going to aside to add more orders knowing that Boss Yang is not comfortable paying is rude. Everyone else who are being so inconsiderate are just as rude and don’t even get me started with that old lady. Scooping everything up from a shared platter is so barbaric regardless of whether that food is paid for or not, you don’t even do that in a buffet.

All production companies offsets the cost of food, travel and other amenities. It's like battle trip, my little old boy and I live alone, those shows often showcase group meals etc... so the celebs front the cost and on their next paycheque from the company they get compensated. In Korea, if you're a full time worker, it usually comes with a meal/lunch so even the production crew that eat out, get compensated / an allowance for it. Don't believe everything you see, it's just for show (quite literally). Plus the bosses make more money, the larger the reaction is (so honestly it's better if they ordered more) because they can get more royalties from air time, reruns and even views from online videos. As well, more people would sign up to his gym because of the chance they would get of possibly seeing famous actors/celebs that go there. It's literally a win win situation for him. Do you really think people would do these kinds of shows if it inconvenienced them and only humiliated him (ie calling him beggar yang)? No. He's getting paid. So calm down and think logically about how the system work before you go nuts kiddo. I work with production companies, shoots and etc on the regular, that's the standard in both North America and Asia, and honestly based on personal experience, it's way easier to get compensation / pass expenditures in large Asian companies because they aren't as nitpick and extensive with reports for filing claims for audits.

Gyeongmun ordering the additional 2 platters of fish and 4 platters of shrimp was wrong and disrespectful of Boss Yang. Boss Yang paid his rent for him when he was struggling. Gyeongmun didn't win any prize competition nor honestly add much value to the show. He was arrogant and overstepped in his actions.

One time I went eating with some friends, we ordered sashimi too, as soon as the food comes on the table, everyone except me just went straight in and took so much sashimi before I picked up chopsticks. I got a little sad that they just left like 2 pieces for me. And they were saying that since sashimi is expensive, you supposed to eat like that. I was like what?!!
