    is it ok to do these exercises with a elastic bandage on or without it? I sprained my ankle a week ago bec of a bad landing in volleyball and now the swelling is almost gone and i can stand but i cant put too much weight on it and i badly want to recover : (((

      Yea it is okay. It depends on ur comfort there’s no set rules
