My wife self diagnosed herself with thyroid gland tumor and went under surgery to remove it which changed her life. Doctors couldn't tell the reason for the symptoms she had and thought it was psychological. You should never consider your doctor's opinion as the final answer

The video discusses 7 signs of high blood sugar: excessive urination, thirst, skin changes, brain fog, mood swings, cravings, and blurry vision. It explains insulin resistance, how to lower blood sugar through diet, and the A1C test.

Hi Eric, Bhavesh (Patel, MD) here.... great point about the A1c and increased lifespan of RBCs. The A1c is calculated on the idea that RBCs live 90 days, but if they live longer, more glycation, thus, higher A1c... The other thing that happens is LOW A1c and HIGH fasting glucose, which is due to gluconeogenesis (liver secreting glucose into bloodstream) when sugar levels drop during fasting.

My blood sugar levels always about 350 and 390.
I finally decided not to visit any doctor.
I started eating food which I can digest easily and started taking vitamin D after watching your videos. Multi vitamin as well.
Multi Collagen and Glucosamine for knee pain. Taking ghee regularly.
My sugar levels and RBA1C become much better.
Planning for blood test next week again.
Vitamin D helped a lot. Insulin too is good now

My Nephew had a level of 634 upon his first diagnosis, and said he had felt fine. I just said it is so gradual that you didn't notice it going up. Some people go into a diabetic coma at that level. He is a big guy though.

For those who have an insulin issue , it is a battle !
As a type 2 diabetic , I can , with medication , stay within those magic numbers but not without sacrificing many foods I enjoy !
The diet that is required for me makes it difficult for my partner to shop at the grocery store !
Imagine how difficult it makes it when they are buying groceries for an entire family who do not have the same issues ! ?

If he had to work to find the information initially, how tough will it be for us? Us would be the average Joe or the average Jane. Thanks to the good doctor here not that tough. I'm currently caring for my elderly diabetic dad. I can not convince him to do this! I do feed him a lot of my keto foods...especially, when I first started cooking for him, but his doctor will absolutely have me locked up if he loses much weight at this point in his life. Now I'm in a spiral since my youngest sister moved in with her two young daughters and fills this house full of junk food. His sugar has been way high again and I've regained 15 lbs! I do realize it's my own fault...
Prayers requested for me to regain my will power. I just wish I was capable of convincing people to follow suit.

Of course your blood sugar goes up when you skip meals and fast, because when there's no food coming in, the body has to get energy from somewhere, and it starts by using glucose, the liver releases it into the blood stream so it can be used as energy. The mistake people make when they fast, is they eat when they see their blood sugar levels go up, it panics them because they don't understand what's happening! When you fast, you need to let your body use the glucose, and eat once levels come down.

My A1C has gone up from 5 to 5.4,5.5 since adding in raw diary and not sure if LMNT has anything to do with it or possibly my sleep gummies ,
but at the same time my fasting insulin is usually around 2.6 and triglycerides in the mid lower 60s 10-11 percent body fat with abs at age 48
Can A1C climb the leaner you are ? My fasting glucose is always in the mid to high 90s. I could eat zero sugar for months and it’s always that. Every other important markers are pretty optimal
C-reactive protein 0.3 .. cac score last two times 0.6 and 6. HDL mid to high 60s. Anyone have similar problems with that 1 marker (A1C ) being elevated when the rest are pretty optimal ?
