Graham, your video tutorials for the FZ200 proved invalueable and although I now own a GX80 alongside the FZ200, once again your video proved to be a succinct overview, saving me lots of trial and error.

Excellent. It works for G and GX and even the TZ camera ranges with wi-fi as well as TZ1000.
One of the great mysteries for me when I bought the G6 was the image app. There was no instructions with the camera and none anywhere I could find. Its such a great app which I'm sure is under-used because it is so comprehensive but without instructions. I'm sure this tutorial will help a great many people. Thanks.

Thanks for the info Graham as the op manual for my FZ300 is limited and confusing to the most part. Any idea of the maximum distance that I can remotely control my camera from? I have lost control from only about 8 feet!
Hi, Thank you, very useful and thorough video. Having played around with the app I noticed the Zoom option display doesn't display. Using the GH5 with the native 12-35mm. I find the preview display to be of a very pdiappointing on my Ipad Pro as well as on the Iphone 8. Would be very grateful for your thoughts on this.
I recently bought a G85. My question is this: When I try to get the correct focus in manual mode, either dragging my finger on the touchscreen or by doing the same on my tablet with the Panasonic app, it only allows me to drag within a certain “inner” boundary. The whole of the screen is not available to me for this purpose. There is a rectangle inside the larger rectangle that makes up the full screen, and I am limited to focusing on objects within that inner rectangle. Is there any way for me to get around this, so I can have the entire screen available to focus on?
Graham - though this is an older video I've recently downloaded the Panasonic app and beginning to use. One of the things I've noticed on my tripod is that at high extension of the tripod and 600mm telephoto even the 2 second delay seems to leave a bit of shake. I'm ordering a heavier duty tripod, but in the meantime I'm wondering if using the app will result in less shake? I keep coming back to your videos as I continue to experiment with the FZ300 - thanks so much for them!
Is there a quick way of selecting all images from the LUMIX and transferring them to the camera roll?
Very cool stuff! But, alas, I am thinking this is no good for the FZ200?
Where do you set which focus mode you want to use?
My FZ1000 view finder shuts off after 30 seconds when i am using the image app. Is there a way to change that setting?
Are there pan / tilt controls? And what pan / tilt accessory would be compatible with those controls?

One of the criticisms of the FZ300 has been the absence of an audio output jack for headphones. I was hoping that it was possible to monitor audio through the app via headphones on an iPad, but I’m hearing nothing. It seems crazy that they would offer all these features and completely fail to provide audio support during video recording.
How to transfer video to iphone? Everyone shows only photos which is straightforward. Possible to show how to transfer MTS visor format to iPhone?
Is there a difference between the image app and the lumix sync app?
I don’t get a QR code on my new lumix g9. No error messages on camera or iPad, just doesn’t seem to want to connect. Anyone have any suggestions?

Hi I've got to the connect stage but where the image transfer button and to take pictures from Ur device is they are not highlighted and it keep saying can't send my images to my phone I over wi-fi ?

@@GrahamHoughton12 yes I have fixed it well sort of I managed to upload some of my pictures from my gx80 to my phone. But there are still some that hasn't uploaded and said can't upload over wi-fi is this because they was taken with the 4k function do you think? And not a single shot?
Neither seems it possible to transfer RAW image file to Ipad Pro using the Image App?
no it's intended for jpeg image transfer only
Video ist great, but this is a very good example of very bad bad user experience. Who is designing this? Sadistic UX Designer?

Panasonic image app doesn't support Samsung S7 or any other android 8 device. Don't download!!! Panasonic doesn't want to fix this problem.
