I'm not sure I could ever have a coach. I fall out with myself, I think a coach would end up sacking me, my watch almost gave up on me this year lol. Great week of training pal

I always chose consistency over everything. Once I am consistent then I don't mind over thinking or over planning. Consistency is king.
