      @@powerball200 yes it will help but you also have to take care of your diet as it plays a vital role in weight loss and also do HIIT or cardio for effective weight loss

Pay gym fees which will cost you only 600 ₹ a month, in gym there are trainers and good equipments. If you get the same problem I'm having then your medical expense will be that much Higher that, you can go gym a year in that medical expense.
