    I've owned five McLarens, all five exhibited the window drop issue. I don't understand why they can't get this figured out in 12 years and five models.

      I think mine didn't have it until I put in a window tint, so I think it could have something to do with that, not sure if you have tinted your cars as well. I was told it was because the tolerances are so tight that the tint interferes with one of the sensors

      @@Richardlizhu I have seen many bone stock McLaren's do this during the demo drive at the dealer, so it's not the window tint. 5 out of 5 of my McLaren's have done this including a 765LT.

    Love Troys car, it's an incredible spec. Always interesting to see it parked right next to a 720 to see the differences, there's a lot more than initially meets the eye. Great insight too, thanks boys x

    So…. Its still a Mclaren….. great driving dynamics but crap electronics, quality issues, etc. Every 720S I drove had water in the door issue btw. Its not because 750S has new doors. Its a mclaren design issue. Its hilarious seeing these issues but then it explains why you can buy a 720S coupe and spider for the price of a new 750S, it tells you what the market thinks of mclaren as a brand.

      It is strange, as it's not like there cars are drastically different from one model to another that you think they would have ironed out all the niggles, because as an overall package they are incredible cars with there disign and driving dynamics

    When one is in love, making excuses for the "loved one" feels only natural. One day he will fall out of it and come to realise mistake of his position.
    Comparing it to VW product or Range Rover is like saying ones current girlfriend is OK because the previous ones were complete psychopaths.

    I just took delivery of my mCLAREN 750 S. I've had three other MCLAREN I love them actually. But they have a lot of electrical bugs and the new 750 S is no different. Now I am having trouble with the vehicle front lifter the first drive I took it out. It worked a few times then when I went to raise the lift, it goes very slow instead of the four seconds claimed. the logo for the lift stays on and then a light comes up saying vehicle suspension lifted degraded! You just can't make this shit up with MCLAREN. I can see all the electrical bugs already the window dropping, etc. they need to fix their electronics. The engine is great, however sometimes it takes a long time to start. It is quite embarrassing. You push the start button. Nothing happens and you have to keep doing it and doing it and finally it starts. I never had such such issues with my Lamborghinis ever just Golden and every aspect.

    Brand new £300K+ McLaren delivered with NO OIL ffs…. WHO is responsible to sign off this vehicle….. it’s astonishing BUT the car itself is off the scale….

    • @tro3y
      @tro3y 4 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      It had oil just at the minimum level 🤷🏼‍♂️ with new cars drinking oil quicker it could have been catastrophic, and who would pay for the replacement engine🤷🏼‍♂️

      @@tro3y obviously McLaren, the car has a three year warranty, yes ?

    • @tro3y
      @tro3y 4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      yes plus maintenance for the three, but user caused errors they don’t cover, a blown engine from no oil may cause questions in who forgot. I am only thankful I checked.

      @@tro3y sorry, how can user cause error on a brand new car …??? This isn’t twelve months down the road…?? It’s within weeks, no company can swing this one..

    • @tro3y
      @tro3y 4 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      I agree, and I whole heartedly believe McLaren would cover it no quibble, but the advice does say check oil every 1000 miles, had I not checked it at 150 miles it may have been under recommended levels and caused damage by the 1000 mile check.
