    I really love TH-cam. I mean, you can learn so much on here, and for FREE! I've been poor all my life, so I can relate to those of you in the comments who are also joyous about this video being brought to us by the lovely owner of this channel. I will do this every day, twice a day, and come back in a few months or when and if I notice progress. I have TMD, a deep bite, poor tongue posture, a very tight tongue tie, all sorts of issues that I can't resolve by seeing a fancy doctor so I really am forever grateful to be able to take these things into my own hands with the help of the professionals who choose (ever so selflessly) their information and therapies with us here on the internet. THANK YOU SO MUCH DR AUDREY YOON !!!

    A very serious cardiac dysfunction brought on by limbic impairment when a mix of obstructive sleep apnea and central nervous system sleep apnea kicked in upon lying flat at night has been 90% improved since doing just a segment of these exercises. Just wanted to thank you for posting this. In the meantime I got othr things going on that calls for a speech therapist..ive been before ..didn't solve anything imo...so I was just putting it off cause I knew they were gona say the same thing "sssss" exercises..lol but as I did my own research about teeth shifting thy mentioned tongue thrust...& it described me & also lead to the treatment of OMT! & I'm no dr but I know my body best & I feel this is wht I'm looking for! Finally! Why has no dentist ever mentioned this?? Not even the ortho! But of course they are not gona tell you cause it keeps you coming back to them smh..I'm ready to switch dentist after reading up on it! .

    Thanks for the great video. I have some questions to clarify, though:
    * Breathing Exercises: 10 x (10 seconds in, 10 seconds out, in between/breathing time): 200+ seconds = 3.5+ minutes. Is that right?
    * Nasal Breathing: "5 times per nostril" means 5 times breathe in left nostril + 5 times breathe out right nostril, OR 5 times breathe in left + breathe out right PLUS the opposite which is 5 times breathe in right + breathe out left?
    * Tongue on the Spot and Swallow: Holding tongue on spot for 30 seconds BEFORE starting swallow (and if so, how long swallowing after that 30 second hold), or hold tongue on spot for 30 seconds of swallowing?
    * Tongue Pop: "Hold for 1 second between pops" means holding tongue where for that one second (on roof of mouth or in post-pop non-touching position)?
    * Tongue Pull Aerobics: 10 x (4 x 10 seconds in each position, in between time) = 400+ seconds = 6.5+ minutes. Is that right?
    * Tongue Taco: 10 x 10 seconds = 100 seconds = 1.5+ minutes. Is that right?
    * Tongue Against Spoon: "Hold tongue between lips, not between teeth", yet video shows neither of those; it shows tongue against spoon. Please explain. Also, since the video shows tongue touching spoon, yet says nothing about that, I wonder, should tongue and spoon be pressing against each other, or just touching. Please explain.
    * Button Hold: 10 x 10 seconds = 100 seconds = 1.5+ minutes. Is that right?
    * Puff: 10 x (4 x 5 seconds for each position) = 200+ seconds = 3.5+ minutes. Is that right?
    * Monkey: 10 x (2 x 10 seconds for each position) 200+ seconds = 3.5+ minutes. Is that right?
    * Total time: I didn't time all the exercises, but just with the ones I did time, I come up with 20+ minutes. Is that right that these exercises will take 20+ minutes (probably more like 30 minutes with all the exercises), and that is to be done twice/day (to total some 45-60 minutes per day)?
    THANKS!

    Very interesting. I liked to hear that all exercises have their origin in the Indian pranayama. And pranayama has been practiced for some thousands of years in India.
    Here is my experience. My proper breathing exercises gave me a constant clear nose, now for about 40 years and excellent health. Hm, very bad for health insurance. I just missed health insurance. Hm, still worse for the hospitals. Most of them are soon to be closed for ever. Cause no patients as pranayama will be taught in every kindergarten and school.
    What has not been mentioned is that this exercise may make you cause to ponder about the question why we are born. So finally you may realize that unimaginable happiness is possible. Hm, very bad for the churches as you possibly will be discovering more acute that the revered priests may need to get education from you.

    • @Ghost572

      Yeah I don't see why the body would treat it any different. Its just another muscle and if its worked and protiens tear then why wouldn't it get stronger. You could measure it your self if you did some excerise and it got easier to do or you could do more reps over time. + you would feel the tongue feeling sour the next day.
