    I love your videos - watch them all, but don’t often comment. I especially like the approach you take so often of combining several different exercises without having to change attachments, etc. That’s the approach I’ve always tried with my Total Gym, but have certainly expanded my exercises because of your videos! Also so glad to have found the UnderSun resistance bands. Thank you!

    Hey I want to thank you I’ve learned a lot of new exercises to perform on my total gym because of your videos……I had total gym since 2000

    I use a small magnet near the top of tower to keep up with my pins

    Enjoy your videos..Been using the Total gym 1000 since 2005..Your giving me new ideas..How often do you do the full body workout? And do you do specific arm workouts thru yhe week?..Thnx

      It kind of really depends it's either a Total Body Workouts or an Upper Body one day and a lower body the next. In general, each body part is worked twice a week. I just do arms whenever I work my upper body.

      Yes. It's still pretty much all my resistance training.

    How do you know the amount of weight you’re using?? As in conversion because I’m more then what the chart gives me. I would just like to know what am I equivalent too.
