That was a great workout my friend. Like the way you format the video with detailed description at the beginning of each circuit and tips during the circuit. The only thing that did not work for me was the rear Y and row combination. The rows were way to easy compared to the rear Y at the same height setting. Anyway, In the past did a circuit with rear fly, lying lateral and front raise at the same setting. It was a fast paced circuit and seemed to be a total shoulder workout. Don't mean to be critical. Thank you.
I know what you're talking about. I have found that shorts versus sweatpants seems to prevent me from sliding on these machines in general for what it's worth.
I have what may seem like a strange question, but how far apart are the numbers on your total gym? I have a TG 1400 and I'm trying to match the numbers to make the settings equal. On the 1400 the numbers are 4" apart.
Yes, I mention it in the video that with that pulley detached it can get a little hard to get 20 reps and get the movement going with the tower that high.
Great workout. Had to use the squat stand for the squats. Will be doing more of your workouts
Thank you. I just bought a used one yesterday and today i did leg exercises.
Came with dvds but dont have a player 😕
Sorry to hear that, but hopefully this channel can provide some help! Let me know if there's anything you want to see that would be helpful.

Always appriciate the feedback. Thank you for watching.
i like this workout a lot. will be trying it tomorrow.
Love the video's Mr.Primitive. My problem with the ab crunch accessory is that the knees keep sliding off the board after a few crunches.

They are about 3in apart.
Thank you much
It looks like you're pushing off with your legs while doing your chest press. Is that the plan?

Ok got it, I was multitasking, watching tv and the video. I had the video volume down.
