Thanks for featuring the ProForm Ultimate Bodyworks in your workout. For some reason I felt this was a one and done release by ProForm as I contacted them in October about the cost for a replacement bungee cord to the pilate leg adjustment bracket. ProForm wanted $80.00 to replace the entire component as they didn’t sell the bungee cord separately. I also inquired if they planned to create aftermarket attachments, like a larger squat stand similar to Total Gym and was told noting was in the works for aftermarket components. Overall it’s sad if the Ultimate Bodyworks is discontinued as the model is great alternative to more expensive Total Gym brand.
I have no idea, but I feel like there must have been a design flaw to explain them only having this released for less than a year. I could see the tower being dangerous if people didn't screw in the know all the way.
Certainly targeted entire body. You make the “pec deck” exercise look so smooth. I still struggle at times with this one. Either one arm feels dominant or just don’t always feel it in the chest. I finally reduced the resistance to an annoying low number in order to hit the chest and find my groove. Thanks
Thank you. It really depends on if you're manipulating the variables (reps, sets, etc) but you could do it for a bit. I just wouldn't suggest it long term.
Hey buddy I have a quick question, I’ve had a total gym for several years and been working out for right at 2 years regularly, lost 35 pounds and hanging around 12% body fat or so. I do go to a gym everyday, but after discovering your channel I took this weekend and went back to the total gym and it felt pretty amazing, I’m pretty much happy with my physique over all but I don’t want to go backwards, I was wondering if you noticed any muscle loss using the total gym primarily? I run about 3 miles a day usually but I have been cutting back to 1.5 a day instead to try and put a little more size on to fyi…thanks for you help!
I can't speak how transitioning to exclusive TG training for you will work (increase or decrease in size) because of all the variables of what you do at the gym, but as for me I've been really happy my results going on 3 years using this for 95+% of my resistance training for what it's worth. It might take a little learning curve to find out what exercises and overall what works for you, but once it's dialed in, I feel they're awesome.
Nice quick workout when your pressed for time
Thanks Josef.
Excellent workout perfect for me Thanks Mike
Thanks again brother.
This was a fun quick workout. Didn’t think I would feel pumped, and out of breathe in 10 mins. Thx mike. Great video.
Appreciate that brother. Thanks again for watching and the comment.
Another good one sir! I did this X2 and was sweating out all the eggnog I consumed in the last week!
Haha Thank you. I'm still recovering from the Holidays.
Great stuff, thanks
Thanks Kellie.
This was a great workout! Thank you!
Thanks Colleen.

Happy you liked it David. The production on this one was a little out of wack giving the holidays / circumstances, so I'm happy it was useful.
Hi Mike great content would you recommend doing this workout daily thx

Pinnacle TG does not have a detachable pulley. To stop the handles from clanging, I tie them together with an old pair of pantyhose
Too fast.
Appreciate you watching. I've said in a few videos, I prefer going on a TG for a number of reasons. Thanks again
