    Dude if anybody....anybody at all thinks that the total gym does not give you a good workout, just take a look at Mike's face while he does these workouts without any added weight. As you can see Mike is built like a super hero and it is very clear by the look on his face he is getting an awesome workout. Mike your videos and knowledge of fitness is what I look forward to everytime you post. Please do not ever stop, I will be following you for the foreseeable future.

    Another great video. Whenever I lose motivation, I watch one or two of your videos like this one, and it gets me back on track. I try to pay particular attention to the form you use for each exercise, so I can copy it to my best ability. Also, I can't tell you how great it is to see you get a little winded. I always feel bad when it happens to me and I need to take a break for a few minutes before I can go on. Keep the awesome videos coming!

      Thanks so much Allan. Really means a lot that you find the videos motivational. When I do these workouts, I'm always winded. And that's factoring in I get a few more seconds rest setting up the camera.

    In my first 30 days with a TG, I've seen and felt noticeable growth in my shoulders and arms which surprised me at age 40. Most exercises I add weight and or resistance bands so less reps are needed. I absolutely love training outside. I wish TG would make some wheel attachments so rolling it outside would be easier. Thanks Mike for all the videos and motivation.

    I just bought a total gym and found your channel, this is my 3rd week of using it! I love your channel and this was the best workout I found so far! Doing this workout during each week you can definately track your progress and I love that! Enjoy the holiday!

    I got super lucky and found a brand new XLS total gym on FB for $100. Amazing machine. I am really impressed with the quality of it.
    I tried out this video yesterday and today and really got a great workout. It wasn’t easy.
    I’ve been recovering from a herniated disc for years and really feel like this machine can get me strong again without irritating my injury.

    Thank you for the time you take to make these videos. I am very happy to support. I personally love anything follow-along-style 20 to 45 minutes. I also wouldn't mind seeing a dumbbell and total gym combo. Again, your content is great; I love to jump right in there and get an effective workout, in and out and feel awesome. The results have been speaking for themselves in body comp for sure!

I'd love to add more things on top of the TG, I just know it might segment out a portion of viewers. But maybe I can add alteratives to those exercises.

    Love your channel Sir. I refer to it often for my TG workouts, purchase of exercises, and other possible home gym equipment purchases. I have a weird question though; what shoes are you wearing in this video? They look like a minimalist shoe which for a number of workouts I prefer. Keep up the great work and thank you for providing the content you do.

    Slightly off topic would you ever consider a comparison video between the Total Gym and the Bowflex?

      Years ago I had a Bowflex. The resistance felt weird. The bands quickly wore out and overall it was boring to use.I currently have a TG Fit. Its fun to use, the resistance feels good and can be increased to fit 99% of people. I would like to see wheels added to the TG and the ability to independently adjust the bench angle like on the flagship models for the purpose of improved exercises and so my wife's hair stays away from the pulley.

      OLD MARINE HERE, I'VE JUST GOT THROUGH DOING SQUATS WHILE I CHEST PRESS WITH MY DUMBBELLS, WOW,THAT WAS A HECK OF A. A.M. EXERCISES FOR ME HAVE YOU EVER TRIED IT .
