- The original name of this theme according to the creators of Pokémon Insurgence is also known as "Fated Cataclysm".
Extended loop was created by me. I do not own the Insurgence soundtrack. Credits for Insurgence music goes to the creator, thesuzerain, and the Insurgence team.
I also want to apologize if there's a small click or pop in between the transition. I have a really poor video editor so I wasn't able to fix it when I went to extend it. Again I sincerely apologize. Though I hope you guys are alright with that even if it's not too noticeable for you guys. 👌

Insurgence may have struggled a bit with overworld themes, but they more than made up for it with their awesome battle themes
The overworks themes were beautiful compared to the main games
I agree with Ecliptic. Many of their overworld themes were exactly the same, but just modified for the type of location, like route, building, cave, water, etc. However, there are a select few areas that have differing overworld themes, like the Dream World theme and the theme that plays when you are in the glitched area where missingno appears (look it up on the wiki).
@@booyahgenius Most of the overworld themes outside of a few are just things that are essentials defaults while major fights were more likely to have custom music. As part of developing a newer version that is quite far from release, we are looking to extend the soundtrack

The devs team is really crazy, they gave Pokemon fans exactly what they wanted. I wish this game become more famous soon.
A lot of the insurgence-original battle themes suffer from a few common problems, some of which are that they may be really repetitive, short, or rather calm-sounding considering the circumstances under which you hear them. Doesn’t make them bad by any means, but i find these flaws to certainly be very noticeable. However, I really think that for the final battle of the main game, they managed to put together an absolutely amazing song that blows all three of these complaints out of the water. This is one of, if not the best song in the game.

Agreed. Take Suzerain's theme. It doesn't even feel like pokemon or an actual battle. It feels like it should be played on the introduction of a corny high-school drama movie, in which a teenager is the narrator.

Themes have like some kind of limit, then they repeat. It depends how long you were battling for though. It’s kinda hard to explain, but let’s say Iris’ theme in B2W2 went on for about 5 minutes alone. Once the five minutes is up, it will repeat but the transition will blend in so it sounds like it hasn’t reset and that’s how long the theme really is.
Maybe you were battling for a certain time against Reukra and didn’t notice the theme being extended if u get what I mean. Again, it’s hard to explain for me but I shall now shut my mouth.

insurgence has got to be the perfect pokemon game the game has a built in optional challenge system such as nuzlokes an adjustable difficulty new megas that fans have wanted for ages a good storyline and new delta pokemon that are better in design and typing than the alolan forms great characters and a perfect battle soundtrack for gym leaders E4 and champion

Sorry but I disagree with Delta Pokemon being better than Alolan forms. Regional forms take more notes on how a certain Pokemon would adapt to a new place and situation, while Delta Pokemon are just pandering to players as some extremely different Pokemon than their normal counterparts. ;) I agree with everything else tho. But Alolan forms, are actually really good.

Ah, the battle theme of a truly well-written character.
Insurgence has some of the best written characters I have ever seen in any video game, apart from maybe Undertale and possibly N from the Gen 5 games. Reukra always has this air of mystery behind him, and the final confrontation with him at the Pokémon League is a badass way to conclude the story (at least most of it).
Damian is such a resilient character. He was the nobody for almost all of the early game, until you meet him after you defeat Audrey. After you meet and battle him in the Dream Realm, it shows his true character.
Persephone has the most perseverance out of any fiction character I have ever seen, and her determination is why she lasts as long as she does.
Nyx’s motivations and conflicting interests are what makes her so unique.
The best part is that the cult leaders don’t overlap each other, they have the same amount of screen time and relevance which I thought would be the case because of how many antagonistic forces there were in the game
the game is good but the story is kind of ass. Honestly the characters are far from perfect and I've seen way better characters. A good example would be Witcher 3 where the characters are just perfect but its not really fair to compare game from major game industry company vs no budget game like insurgence

It wouldn't be that good if it was an anime similar to the current one (causel let's face it... the anime sucks and has crap logic. Freaking the lvl 5 snivy beats a level 100 pikachu with leaf tornado... but leaf tornado is learnt at level 17 what. Terrible mechanics...)...Perhaps certain animated snipets like the Pokemon Origins/Beginnings sheet crossing out certain sections every once in a while.

I was already winded by the E4... my team was very under-leveled. I recognize the champion and gaze in awe... and then the fight begins.
I had to use EVERYTHING I had; revives potions, ethers, x items, whatever I could to gain an edge. I had come this far, I wasn't going to lose now! The champion's team was unlike anything I had seen before, and the last pokemon was wiping me out... I had one last chance to finish the fight with a sucker punch from my honchkrow, and take down the champion.
I didn't come in under leveled. I didn't have nearly as tough a time with the Elite Four as you, and managed to beat the champion the first time using a decent amount of healing items. Then as I was about to be entered into the Hall of Fame, my game crashed. It took me three more tries to beat the champion again, and the time I finally won was out of pure luck. I was so frustrated by the end of that, I built an entirely new team (even including the first Pokemon the champion sends out on my team). The next time I battled the champion, my new team was slightly under-leveled. I only needed to use two (non-legendary) Pokemon to take out the champion's entire team.
Dang, with an armored pokemon on your side I can see why you had a bit of an edge. I was more of a mega evolution fanatic, 4 of my pokemon were able to mega evolve if need be. I had to try a couple before I found which one I had to use: Mega Delta Gallade.
Actually, the second time I faced him that Pokemon didn't even get the chance to do anything. My Contrary Serperior charged up on his first Pokemon, then swept it and 3 of his other Pokemon and did some damage to the 5th. My Mega Metagross then cleaned up the remaining two. Contrary Serperior is OP af.
Wow, that's a real pain u guys went through, I also had quite a rough time with him on hard mode ( yknow, competitive sets and no healing items and all that) but after a bit of effort, I was able to pull it off with all of my team one level under his. (I really should have considered team building instead of barging in with starter mons.)
You challenged him on hard difficulty?! Well that's, much more terrifying... like I said before I had to use ANY item I had to gain an edge, so I'd be doomed if I couldn't heal.
Also I had to use X items... X ITEMS! I never use those things!

The theme was completely epic.
And after a lot of tries, and three max restores... I managed to beat him...

The only reason I won was delta scyther one shots the armored tyranitar and mega flygon (ice fighting plus choice scarf with uncanny attack)
Not to mention sandstorm chip damage plus any status effect I need from paralysis, burn and poison

My team was delta venasaur, delta scizor, delta haxourous, delta metagross spider, delta snorlax, and normal chandelure. And maybe I'm just bad at games or this team really isn't that great defensively, but I had to redo this fight like 10 times. That mega flygon and delta volcarona always gave me so much trouble. my team was even ev trained and I was playing normal. this was such a hard game but a fun one all the way through though
all of my team was named jerry. one cried.
This fight, holy jesus. I don’t think it would surprise people that it took me 2 years to beat this. After Two years of taking long hiatuses and team building, I finally barely scraped by and beat Reukra. It took so much effort to take my user leveled team that could never win and turn it into what it became, it was just me researching trades and high level Pokémon to find some way to win, and finally with my Mew, Delta Charizard, Rotom, Zoroark, Delta Gallade, and Delta Snorlax I did it. It is now about a year and a half since then, and I am about to start the Azure Flute quest, and Jesus it has been a journey.

The Elite Four was were my Nuzlocke died. Refused to start over and wanted to actually defeat the Elite Four. Crafted a well-balanced team of previously deceased warriors. Beat the Elite Four. Then this fight was were my sanity died.

I honestly found this the perfect Pokemon game. Only thing I would change if I were Gamefreak is make it a bit easier. I know that difficulty is a part of this game, I'm just saying if GAMEFREAK did something similar, they should downscale the difficulty for those of us who aren't pros.

I was _really_ disappointed when I returned for the Pokemon League rematch, and not only was Reukra replaced with two complete strangers with seemingly no importance whatsoever, and were complete pushovers who one Fairy and Dark Type could sweep through, but they also didn't keep this Champion theme. That was the only time I was genuinely disappointed when fighting the Champion. Just...at _least_ give them this theme for their battle, over the regular battle theme.
i think the replacement for champion was rushed. and there was no choice, Rekura had gone somewhere so replacement was necessary.
I still think it would've been nice to have a champion we already knew. Like Professor Sylvan, or maybe even Nora

The theme itself is good for the most part, but the parts that are not inspiring hype go on for a few seconds too long.
I have not played Insurgance, but from the theme, I can get that....
The wait time gives me an impression of someone or something looming over the player, granting it the feeling of intimidation.
The beat it gains at around 0:38 makes me think it's against a gamer, but the vocals that are infused to the song afterwards give me the impression that it's against someone who holds the royal flair to them.
Dusk Myerva in insurgance there are 5 evil teams in but in one of them you never fight the leader one of them because he is more of a scientist than a battler, he is also the non-rival character you meet with the most, this character drives the plot.
The songs name is fated cataclysm since in most Pokemon games you know the champion character for a long time (and the creators knew this) they made this guy the champion.
Since he is an antagonist and you (the player) are not stupid you know at some point you are going to fight this guy(fated) and since he is an evil team leader you know it is going to be one hell of a fight(cataclysm)

After struggling for hours trying to beat the e4 I finally did it with my team
Before I entered the room I wondered “who could be the champion”
When I entered and moved a little bit I saw the delta and mega symbol
A little further and I saw the yin and yang symbol and then it clicked
I put the pieces together
The delta symbol for the delta larvesta experiment
The mega evolutions cause of the mega ring he gives you
And the yin and yang symbol for the zekrom and reshiram plot line
I was so excited and was literally jumping in my chair (that was until I saw his team and got destroyed multiple times)
That was almost three years ago
How time flies
I did a full fairy run of this game, my team was all Deltas by the time we got to the Champion (Venusaur, Mismagius, Medicham, Trevenant, Chandelure, and Roserade). Let’s just say....E A S Y
In the overworld he has the smallest eyes in the game, In battle his eyes are huge.

Good to see that the track record of Pokemon battle themes that use opera/chanting are still top tier even in fan games. This is up there with Ghetsis's themes and Rose's themes.
When i hear this song while i was battling the Pokemon Champion Reukra i got crazy hearing this song in my head, and i kept thrashing about mega evolving my pokemon too Early.
Just noticed that the chorus in the background isn't continous, you can hear the gaps in the begining.
I think it adds to the fact that you're fighting one of the strongest trainers

His team may not have been perfect, but his battle theme sure is!
THIS IS THE BEST FUCKING THEME I HAVE EVER HEARD
Delta shuckle carried me through this entire fight with the help of hyper potions, dynamic punch, spikes, and rocky helmet
I started the elite 4 and champion fight with 50 hyper potions, 30 max potions, and 20 full restores. I became champion with only 16 full restores left. Elite 4 wasn’t bad, but I had to heal stall 3 out of the 6 Pokémon reukra had. And after the fight I realized I could’ve EQ the delta volcarona with mold breaker haxorus. Pain.
The hardest thing I'm gonna say about this fight
Is the fact I ran out of my best moved already through the elite 4 and had no ethers or anything

How to play insurgence?
First choose de dark history, then choose the hard mode, next put the "set" battle style option, start the game and don't spam potions, revivir or any other ítem in battles, only heal your pokemon out of battle and enjoy it

It’s strange how much using legendaries makes a difference, I only did it for the meme, but my meme team was primal Arceus, primal giratina, primal regigigas, primal groudon, primal kyogre, and mega rayquaza and I absolutely destroyed the entire elite four, I’m not bragging I’m just saying I wasn’t expecting a team I made for a meme to be so utterly broken
Legendaries ARE broken - especially those who you've used. The lowest Base BST have Primal Groundon, Kyogre and Regigigas, which are 770. And that's the lowest!

If insurgance was a real pokemon game I wonder how the deltas and megas from the game would change the meta don't get me wrong but mega haxsorus in my opinion should be UBER with that 182 atk stat and not to mention it's ability weak armor oh yea and it gets dragon dance...
Nikola Delov Mega heracross outclasses mega haxorus with 2 multi-dealing attack with skill link, a good bulk, and terriying bsse sta attack of 185.
