Pokémon X was my first mainline Pokémon game ever, so when I lost to Siebold and had to redo the _WHOLE_ Elite Four even though I saved, I was pissed the hell off. I was 12 and unaware of the League's "You have to do it in one run" mechanic.
@Joaquin-rd3km he did say this was his first mainline Pokemon game, meaning he knew very little about the game or Pokemon in general. I speak from experience. This was also my very first Pokemon game so the easy elite four gave me trouble too
Bro, I beat the game for the first time yesterday and I basically just used one mon and sweep through each of their teams, Their battle was forgettable but the music was lit... 10 minutes later edit: I was also playing on Set Mode.
to be fair when i first started playing this game i was still relatively new to the series and uh. drasna swept me. ended up hearing that whole theme after all LOL
@@abarette_ severely underleveled because i avoided fights a lot and only used one pokemon for battles- did you know exp share does not actually keep your whole team caught up if you strictly only use one of them??? that was not a fun experience. it’s a shame they fixed that in later generations because now it’s even easier to hardly try at all
The only time I played this gen was using a mod/hack rom that made the game significantly more challenging with better AI and team building. Beats having to handicap myself to enjoy it
My first Pokémon game as a kid EVER. So you could probably imagine my dumbass listening to this entire track like 5 times because I didn’t memorize pokemon type weaknesses and got swept by the fire type elite like three times…
You never changed your Pokémon in this game to make it more entertaining? That way I enjoyed every battle. You also could listen to this in online battles. That's where this track really shines
@@del4028 if player needs to do something by HIMSELF to make something entertaining the first time they play a game. then is not well made unless is a sandbox game
I might be the unpopular opinion here, but Malva was the only Elite 4 in Kalos that ever stood out to me. Everyone else felt like just another opponent to face.
cool theme but the elite four dont have megas. malva doesnt have her mega houndoom, wikstrom doesnt have his mega scizor, and siebold doesnt have his mega blastoise.

I think the Kalos games weren't that memorable, but the soundtrack is fire. However, when hasn't a Pokemon soundtrack been amazing?
The intro was longer than all 4 battles
This was my favorite generation for so many reasons!
